The Indians sent Jeremy Sowers back to the minors Thursday, which could signal a second-half return of Fausto Carmona. He is far too young to forget how many games he won a few short years ago. Remember the breakthrough of Cliff Lee last year? That could be Carmona next year ... perhaps even in this second half. His numbers and command has at least been better down on the farm. This is the reason pitching is risky on Draft Day, but it is also a reason pitching can provide some outstanding sleepers, too.
