Did you see that the RIT mens Hockey team beat those Wolverines earlier in the week. I believe Michigan was ranked 3rd in the Country but my Alma Mater beat them after spotting them a 3 goal lead.  So not is all bad in college sports for me I guess.

In other news, the SPCA will come to the Mudvilla next Saturday to do a house check.  If we pass then we can adopt the 2 pooches on the 27th.
We visited with them 2day at a nearby PetsMart.  The OB½ and I pretty much monopolized them and I walked them around on leashes like they were ours.   Good doggies.

Was happy to see the WAY overrated Texas Longhorns get kicked all over the place by an also overrated Oklahoma Sooner bunch. 

My great niece, who is attending Texas Tech, was visiting her grandmother here and they both came over to watch Tech dismantle the ChiHuaHua's Mountaineers of West Virginia.  Had to pull the child off the ceiling fan a few times.  LOL

My Hawkeye son-in-law is ecstatic over the Iowa win over the Spartans.  Sorry Wabbit.  What the hell is going on in East Lansing????

Congrats Phoggy, Jim, Merc, Larry, Catfish, et al, on the ND almost loss to Stanford.  Not a hater.  (Well, maybe a little.  lol)  Just don't see them as a legit number four in the country anymore than I buy the Buckeyes at number eight.
