KB,

Just stash it behind the Steelers banner.

1.  Rok would NEVER look there.

2.  Steelers fans wouldn't know how to open it unless it has a pop top.

Lookin good, as usual, Lyman!

We've had enough rain to green the grass and wheat, but we need run-off, KB.  There definitely is still a drought.

We've been catching up the last 3 weeks or so.  Only 10" down for the year now.  Water table is still 8 feet below normal though. Lots of recharging to do

Why, thank you Mamm.

I have a small confession.  Although I am a Buckeyes fan - it's only about 90%.  The other 10% roots for the Fighting Irish.  That comes from my stint of living just south of South Bend for about 8 years.  I once won a contest on a radio station that allowed me to participate in the helmet painting they do every Friday (Thursday before away games) night.  What a trip that was.

Now you are in my country.  I-70 to I-72 to I-74 to US 63/41 on the Indiana side. Yep lots of corn that way. ADM has to get their corn somewhere

Good Morning to all;

I have had a question for a while-  Don't really know how to google it.  But somebody here probably knows.

I have a question about NASCAR.  Stock cars, right?

Well, not even close, right?

So how do they pick what kind of car it is supposed to be?

Toyta Camry?

And is it Chevy Monte Carlo?  Why not Impala or Camaro?

Ford Fusion?  Or is it Taurus?  And why not Mustang?

Also, does a NASCAR fan guy-  would he buy a Monte Carlo or Fusion or whatever the NASCAR car is if he related, or was a fan, and not buy a sports car like a corvette or camaro or mustang?

And is it a Dodge Charger?  Or?

Does it mean anything?  Is there any connection between what they call the car at the race track, and what you buy at the dealership?

Correct that is what it means.

National Auto Stock Car Association of Racing

So how do they pick what kind of car it is supposed to be?

The cars are STRICLTY Monitered and have there OWN assembling line..BUT are built by the manufactures (GM,Ford,Chrsyler)...Chassis are different, engine's are different, wheel base etc etc.

BUT they are STOCK.........so you and I cannot buy one of a Car Lot.

Is there any connection between what they call the car at the race track, and what you buy at the dealership

The answer to your question is YES....they are different because they are a Race Car.........hopefully that helped a little bit Ilpall and if you need too know more just ask FORE...........she is the expert on NASCAR.
