As excited as I am I'm astute enough to know they still have a long way to go. I think they'll handle a 4 loss USC but the title game is a hole nuther matter.
I love the fact that all you ND haters are in for some serious trouble for as many years as Kelly stays in SouthBbend. This year, regardless of outcomes, will send many kids to ND that may have been going elsewhere.
SEC fans have no problems as their recruits couldn't get into ND but the PAC, B1G and Big 12 are about to lose some guys.

NFL on tap for today's fare, but since I have an (uneducated) opinion, like everyone else, I'll weigh in on the current state of the B(ig)C(ash)S(eries) bowl picture.


ND and the Tide moving up to one and two respectively was a no brainer following the implosion last night by the Ducks and Wildcats.  However, jumping them in the rankings with the Georgia Bullpups and the Floridada Lizards simply screams what we've all seen before with the BS BCS, and that's bowl advertising dollars talk, and football programs walk.

Toss in the way to much influence of the sports media, and you've got a joke headed our way in the form of the top bowl games.


On top of this travesty, the Aggies from Tejas with a freshman QB that has improved every game this season, and led them to a win over the Tide, is three slots behind LSU???  The Kittens of Loosiana barely escaped yesterday with a six point win against the 5-6 squad from Ole Miss.            
Florida struggled to score 23 against five loss Jacksonville State, and Florida State's ACC basketball schedule is far superior to their ACC cupcake football slate.

Shiite!!!  Georgia is another SEC team that gets all the love in the world every season, and then gets crushed when they go bowling.


I could go on and on with the stupid and completely biased decisions being made that will shape the so-called top bowls this year.  But, I'm preaching to the choir.
