First, Jonny, I'm envious of your ability to keep your weight from high school. 

Second, diet pills do more harm than good.  Stop feeding so often, and get some exercise is the answer.

Third, damn Jonny, you're daily wakeup time means you're living my former life!  Retire now!

I have always believed in a good diet with lots exercise......I eat my veggies and balance my food......and love to stay active.
