I hate the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders for a variety of reasons. One, because the Raiders got a call in the 78 playoffs that was so bogus it makes the tuck rule look like a fair play, 2 because i cant stand their loudmouth obnoxious owner who has no class and 3 because they were always a bunch of punks.
I hate the Steelers because Hines Ward keeps trash talking the Patriots even though we kick their ass just about every time we play them. Also hate them for the fact that they accuse the Patriots of cheating when the 2005 Super Bowl was clearly bought and paid for by the refs and 3 because their fan base is probably the most arrogant next to the Oakland Raiders or New York Yankees.
Any Steeler fan who accuses the Patriots of cheating needs to go back and watch the 2005 Super Bowl, what a joke that whole thing was! They were clearly just trying to give a ring to the team that will sell more merchandise and it reminded me of the Sacremento kings series when they were kicking the crap out of the Lakers and the refs called like 50 fouls against them.

You know you talk about the tuck rule but back in the late 70s the Raiders got one of the bogus fouls called their way it was ridiculous and yet all people want to talk about is the tuck rule. As far as im concerned it's 1 for 1 now, as we got screwed then and they got screwed in 2001.
I'ts one thing for a bad play to factor in a decision but it's quite another when the entire freaking game looks like it's rigged for one team to win. By the way, did you happen to see the 2001 Steeler game Hines Ward was complaining about?
I believe there was like 19 penaltys thrown and like 16 were on the Patriots, and we still kicked their butts!
The 2005 Super bowl was rigged and you know it, sorta reminds me of the Sacremento Kings game where the refs continually called foul after foul on them basicly handing the Lakers a trip to the finals. Tim Donaghy basicly spilled the beans about how Stern sets up the NBA officials before the playoffs to ensure bigger market teams win.
Do i know that the Steelers paid the refs? No, i certainly don't, it could have been just the NFL trying to keep a bigger merchandise selling team as the champ because money talks.
But i will say this, that was the worse snowjob of a team ive ever seen, it's one thing to get a critical call go your way but to have like 4 bogus calls go your way in the Super Bowl is ridiculous. This year the Steelers did earn it, but the 2005 game was a farce.

I will be the first to say there were some bad calls in that game.
But when you only score 10 points like the Seahawks did how can you win.
And for 2001 no matter what you say about Hines Ward crying and the game (Which New England Won) you have to put Spy Gate in the mix.

The funny thing about the Steelers is growing up in the 70s i used to cheer for them because i liked their workmen like way they went about their business. Now i hate them but it's more to do with your players smack talking and some of the comments that former coach Bill Cowher said.
Bill Cowher actually said in the pre season that if the Patriots run up the score again this year someone will hit brady in the knee or something and guess what? In the very first game that is exactly what happened!
I love how Bill Belichick gets called a cheat and thats ok but when Bill Cowher basicly tells the league that someone should injury Tom Brady on national tv nothing happens to him or his reputation.
This is why i hate the Steelers. I will say this though, this year they had an incredible team and i can't wait to see a healthy Tom Brady face your defense.
By the way, this year's Super Bowl was one of the best ive ever seen but i admit i was rooting for the Cardinals the entire time.
