Mirestead is making the draft for him look good finally and can Harrington hold on to the ball longer?  Make a decision and throw the thing

worst part is.. i think he's had some open receivers, but he's just too terrified to throw the ball...  I'd hate to see Joey's stats right now.

wasn't that a backwards throw?   That should have been a fumble officially shouldn't it?

7 sacks?  OUCH...   Harrington... I'd hate to say this, but the Saints may only need to carry 2 QB's this season, if you can't improve your speed of decision.

Bye, bye Mr. Brown... when you screw  up back to back holds.. and you help kill your Qb's best play...   I'll say that you're one of the Turk's victims..

I wouldn't worry about Brown... He's as good  as gone.   Harrington, I dunno... Will Coach P keep 3 QB;s on the roster?

Man, so dismal on these boards considering we hardly played our starters.  Don't worry about Harrington, he's third string for a reason. Glenn Harper had to have sold himself to the coaches tonight.  Two return touchdowns this season and he's looking damn good catching the ball.  I had to watch most of this on channelsurfing.net. Never found the direct link so it skipped a lot, but I got the jist of it.  Jo-Lonn Dunbar looked good and aggressive.  And even with Miami running its first string against us without Drew Brees even taking a snap we still got 10-7.  I for one am encouraged and I think a loss was due because I was afraid of us peaking in the preaseason. Now the tone for the next ten days will be serious as hell and they'll come out in the dome with an intense state of mind against the Lions.

This shows us we are not invinsable and we have a long way to go. I still say Harrinton need to go. I said we sucked tonight I was wrong we just didnt play worth a dang. I dont know maybe I was expecting to much .Heck if they would have let drew in one series we could have won even with the sloppy play

Yes Saintsman you were expecting too much. As excited as I am about this season I could never
get to up for this game. I wasn't expecting much from our offense at all but what I really wanted
to see was the defense. It seem to me that our 2nd and 3rds held it down ok.(on defense) Hell
the score was 10- 7. For a bunch of guys that will be looking for jobs in the next couple of days I
say not to bad. Harrington looks like he suffers from a lack of pocket presence. I'm not even sure
if you can teach that. I guess being in so many bad offenses can really screw with a young talent.
A few times I saw him brace for the sack well before it came. Which goes to show you the importance
of having a great O-line. The biggest thing I learned was how obvious it is to see the guys who should
be on this team. Now lets get these cuts over and get ready for the Lions.

Geaux Saints !
