I do believe in this basketball team, maybe its becuase they are good, maybe its becasue I have to believe in something at FSU withthe football team off to its horrible start and likely doomed season.
I believe that this team has what it takes to make a run to the NCAA tournament. I think a 6-8 seed in the tourny is a reasonable goal, and I think advancing to the second round is attainable. It will be interesting to see how the young players gel and if anyone can step up for the hugley missed Toney Douglas. Basketball, unlike other sports lends itself to freshmen coming in and contributing significantly to the success of a team. Here to hoping that happens with our Freshment to carry on the momentum we have from last year.
