The pigeon is back. Camped out on the 35 yard line as some of the Raiders get loose three hours before game time. The “12″ man is back to defend his turf.
LOL devil, well I'm so pumped for this game, it's been awhile where we actually have something to play for. Plus, the qu33f$ aren't doing much to keep me occupied.
The game isn't on here in LA. Regular cable. Anybody know a live streaming feed? I watched a couple Raider games last year online- somebody on here gave me the website...
thanks for the site. my dumb ass just got ripped off 28 bucks trying to buy some scan and they ripped off the wrong guy cuz i am at a military bank and they dont play around. They went after someone else for me before and now they are in prison
I'm pumped just because this game is actually on TV where I live in Canada! Unless you shell out for the NFL package we get no choice as to what's shown. Usually I'm forced to resort to following on Gamecentre on CBSSports.com. Last year I think I saw maybe 3 or 4 games.
does anyone know where you can watch this on the internet. game is blacked out again. Or try Justin tv.com, I never have any luck on channel surfing.net on sundays...Lets go Jets
The plan on offense should be to run at will with Kris Jenkins out, control the T.O.P., and take care of the rock. The NYJ are ranked dead last in sacks with 5, tied with the Jags (I checked on nfl.com) I find that hard to believe, with Rex Ryan dialing up the zone blitzes that he does. Even with Robert Gallery out and a swinging door at RT, we should be able to keep Russell clean.
On defense, Cable needs go against Al's word and blitz the hell out of the rookie. That, and contain the T. Jones and their rushing attack, which is easier said then done.
Feel free to add a few other keys to win this game.
Offensively the Raiders need to run, run and run some more and mix in some reverses. Rex Ryan defenses always have terrific pursuit to the ball carrier but sometimes it leads to overpursuit and keep in mind he doesnt have hall of fame to be Ray Lewis out there to keep the team disciplined and remind them of things like that.
Defensively. Tackle as 1. Its just as simple as that. The better tackling team usually wins the ball game in every game you watch. This is a game in which the Raiders should score 3 tds at least and IM not taking anything away from the J E T S. But the Raiders should have them on the special teams side of the ball and IF they run the ball they should have the advantage against the Jet defense.
The Jets were already going to run the ball a lot, but I think theyll be running even more now that Greg Ellis and Richard Seymour are out for this game. As a Jets fan, we need this game more than ever, and Sanchez has to limit the mistakes. I really have no idea what to expect from this game, so hopefully they get it done. Good luck Raiders fans.
It's offical, Chaz Schilens is going to be atleast another week. He is inactive for the upcoming game today. Guess we're definately stuck with Mr. 1 catch per 3 games.
I think that both teams will just try to run run run. The Jets are missing Kris Jenkins, a huge run stopper in the middle and the Raiders have been bad against the run for the past few years. I think that Thomas Jones will have another huge game and hopefully the raiders 3 will be able to match it. Justin Fargas stepped up last week and showed some promise, we just need Darren McFadden and Micheal Bush to get on board and we'll be fine. Should be a pretty good game.
I should also add that we definitely need to stop Leon Washington on special teams and when he's back at RB. This mofo is quick and can easily break tackles with his shiftiness. We need to watch for the screens, draws, and pitches.
