imagine this it could be like gilbert arenas from the wizards starting to shoot then stopping and saying oh that would have been nothin' but net!!! Amen brother. Amazing, the softness of this team. I think that any team/Coach can learn a lot from Navy. If you watch the team, they aren't talented, they aren't big, fast, or stronger than their oppenents. But their coach get's the most out of them physically and mentally...and they are probably the most fundamentally sound football team in College football. Why? They have to be. They have to outscheme, out block, and out smart you because they aren't more talented and they are smaller and slower, but those kids play with heart and after watching several games with them in it this year, I know that their coach is first class. I've been complaining about this for years now, and when we play teams like the NY Giants, it really shows. Teams with big running backs and big recievers, teams with ball carriers that run through the tackler. They know the Redskins are soft tacklers, and there are only a few solid tacklers on this team, and even fewer consistant solid tacklers. It'll be interesting to see who the next defensive coordinator is and who he keeps around from this group and who goes because they don't buy into veterans actually having to participate in practice. I mean, last time I checked, you still had to earn a Super Bowl right? HAIL!
