Happy holidays to you mrtwips. I, too, am proud to be part of Cubbie nation. I find it ironic and humorous that the same guy who jumps up and down about challenging us to be less intellectually lazy and do more research and not believe everything we read, is the same person content to hide behind labels. Just today, I as a Cub fan have indirectly been called a moron, LIQIS, and a hypocrite. I love the bashing of the entire Cub fan base (of which the detractor is a self-proclaimed part), it tickles me.

Anyway, enough about this guy. I have chosen to just completely ignore this guy's comments going forward, and I am hoping enough of you make the same choice. Let him debate himself in some form of typewritten masturbatory exercise while the rest of us can have a civil forum free of low-intellect, lowbrow name-calling.

Maybe this post is more suited for a PM, but you and I are on the same page ( as I'm sure there are many more)

I too miss the 'old' Cubs boards...but thats one of the great things about our country.  So this board has changed, hopefully it won't run off the good guys such as you and countless others.  Ironic that I was one of the few that got into it with other pisters (oops, meant posters).  Yet, back then I was called the minority, LIQIS, idiot, etc...

Sees we've come full circle.  Nice being in the LIQIS category, no other side I'd rather be on.
