Is this going to be like a Rocky thing? First 4 are great then there's a huge dropoff on 5.

Another thing about this tennis match.. they played the first 4 sets yesterday, and it was called due to darkness last night after that 4th set. They thought they were gonna come in today, play 1 set, and have a quick day to end this thing to see who moved on. They're now a little over an hour away from having it become darkness again.. from playing just 1 set today.

It's now 53-52 Isner.

Matty, you thought Rocky III and IV were great?  Really?  IV we won't even discuss.  That was a travesty.  III was entertaining to some degree but not great.  I mean, what does Adrian say right after Rocky beat Clubber Lang?  Yay.  F'in yay.  Who wrote the script anyway?

You knew when they released the Disney Rocky sequel (the one filmed entirely underwater) that they had gone too far. Riley Cote would agree, I'm sure.

And at the risk of being labeled gay, tennis is a much better sport than some insecure macho types want people to believe. And when it comes to tennis, Wimbledon is as good as it gets. I love the "no tiebreakers in the final set, play till hell freezes over if necessary" mentality.

I mean Clubber Lang is one of the all time great characters. He scared the shiite out of me as a kid, loved it. Rocky IV was just pure entertainment- them vs us, cheap cliches and music to match. I still love it. Tommy Gunn should have been killed.

Is soccer over yet?

Well.. they suspended play once again due to darkness. It's after 9PM local time, but the sun sets after that, and maybe it looks brighter on TV, but it doesn't look that dark, but I guess it's tougher when you're there.

It's tied at 59-59 for the 5th set.. all played today.. coming back again tomorrow to try to finish it off. Wouldn't it be typical if they played like 2 games and have it end after all this? All kinds of records just totally shattered already, and still not done. Pretty amazing.
