No doubt timed as part of the Razorbacks' big weekend against South Carolina, the official ground-breaking ceremony for the new football operations center will take place on Friday, November 4.
Especially for all of the out-of-staters who might miss it otherwise, this Gear-up for Game-Day 2 video devotes two sections to yesterday's ground-breaking ceremonies for the new football operations center.
I'm a little curious why CBP said this, “I really wasn’t sure this day would ever come true.”; since the whole project seemed like a given from the get-go.
The linked article in previous ^^ post states, "Completion of the $30 million project is set for 2013."

Check out February 13's photo, which shows snow on the ground, as well as Fayetteville's temperature at the time it was taken. Made me think this is a great way of getting a better sense of gameday weather for different sports over the next year and a half, in addition to the construction progress.
