Tiger Woods

That was a nice win for Tiger at the Palmer Invitational, He won it convincingly and against a strong field if not exactly as strong as a Major. His driving is now spot on and his short putts from inside 10 feet are back. The only thing left to be seen is if he can carry this level when under pressure at Augusta. That's when we'll know for sure. sure that he's back.

Can someone please tell me what the "POINTS" catagory in the above player history is all about? There is no key or explanation anywhere. I see there is some correlation between points and wins in most years and that they didn't start giving them out before 2007, but what the heck are they and what are they good for?

gw, I couldn't find the numbers to which you referred.  OWGR points?  FedEx points?

LannyH, it's right above my post, see CAREER 4th over is 17 POINTS on European Tour. Strangely enough he has 17 on the PGA Tour right above that. It's a mystery what it means.
