Apple Knockers....I had to look that up. It was the first time I ever heard it. That term must have faded over the years.

Deliverence was actually filmed on the Chattooga River which is in NW South Carolina along the Georgia border It is great rafting as it is one of the few natural class 4-5 rapids on the east coast The guides are quite proud of the filming there and point out various spots of filming Rafted the river about 15 years ago , great fun .

This Tomaselli has painted himself into a corner. Now it looks like he's changing his story again to try to prevent a Bernie Fine defamation lawsuit and federal charges for lying to investigators that will definitely land him in jail again after he's done serving his felony child molestation conviction jail term. The public defender is definitely working overtime for the $100 he's getting paid!

I agree hattie. It isn't a shock this baseless case was dismissed. And it's a firm forceful slap across the face of Gloria Allred, especially with a SU law graduate Judge! How fitting. But she is what she is, and I doubt it will be a deterrent of her reckless behavior. She probably can feel no shame. And it's too bad for the two questionable accusers of Bernie Fine. Allred took advantage of this aimless pair and now they must deal with more blatant ridicule. It was bad decision to listen to Allred.

@hattie: as a former lawyer, you should know better than your comment. The judge's school affiliation is a non-issue, as evidenced by the fact that even Davis and Lang never brought it up, despite the chance to do so. So get off the red herring and ad hominem, Harriet. Beoheim won, fair and square.

Hattie---what happened to all those guarantees about Boeheim being guilty. You would think someone so well versed in the legal system and this story would have known the judge was from Syracuse. Regardless it was a baseless lawsuit since the beginning. It was a very convenient story by ESPN against a communications school......Like I said before; somebody at ESPN has a hair up their a** for Syracuse due to a denied scholarship. Maybe you too Hattie? hahahahaha

What happened to the scoring system on here??? Did Gloria Allred make them get rid of it because somebody felt discriminated against because they are dumb; cannot spell, form sentences or get above a 45 reputation score?

And the plot thickens......Laurie Fine is going to make a statement this week against the accusers with her lawyer present. Does this mean there is a defamation lawsuit against ESPN or a wrongful termination lawsuit against Syracuse? Syracuse had no choice but to fire Bernie due to the court of public opinion. Let's hope it is against ESPN and their biased reporting,

She can't file a wrongful termination because she wasn't terminated but I hope she goes after Ms Gloria Allred and ESPN reporters  and the other two liars
