BTW, why doesn't anybody point up to the heavens after they strike out?
Pedro Cerrano almost did.

I'm pissed off now, Jobu. Look, I go to you. I stick up for you. You don't help me now. I say "Frack you," Jobu, I do it myself.

Well Foot, you could always come over to the Rams.........the 6 of us are always looking for a 7th...............

Sam
No fair Sam. The Rams would then have more fans than the Browns because we only have 6 too.

Foot - We'll match Sam's offer and throw in a front office job upon retirement if you sign with the Browns fans.

Funny, Duff.

So Peyton to the Broncos - and they want to trade Tebow (which is curious since Tebow is cheap - on the other hand maybe Manning doesn't want that guy lurking and Tebow's value may never be higher than it is right now).

If Tebow goes to Miami, I suspect Foot will be so blissed-out his feet won't touch the earth for months.

Sam, I bet Treff will be conflicted - happy to have Peyton in town because he appreciates great players, but Peyton will still be a hated Donkey.

That is pretty funny stuff duff! Wil if we get Tebow I might just draft him in the first round next year, lol. I'm not gonna get all worked up yet though but I am very happy Manning chose Denver.

Here are my top 5 favorite players in the leaqgue right now.

1. Still Chris Johnson for all the championships he has brought me.
2. Ray Rice cause he is from my beloved Rutgers and I think he is one heck of an RB. Plus he proved me right last when i said he would be the number 1 RB over AP, Charles, Foster, and CJ!!
3. Miles Austin, cause he is from Monmouth and I have done graphic design work for his father! And becuase he is awesome.
4. Tim Tebow!!!!!! This number could get a little higher.
5. CJ Spiller/Flacco/Charles can't decide on 5

Somehow I just don't Mebow in Miami - - gambling, ladies of the night, gangs, drugs, tugs, mobsters, spanish as the primary language, and a university (UM) fan base that dispises him. But the way the Dolphins have played the offseason so far - its probably a lock to happen. Perhaps he knows Jaylo (but not in a biblical sense).

Jacksonville might go after Tebow a little harder than other teams because he'll put people in the seats there. I really don't see anybody else besides Miami looking at him as a starter. Very easy to picture Tebow as a backup in Big D. If Romo struggled, they could open up that hole they put in the roof ("so God can watch his favorite team play") and have Tebow come flying down.

Too bad Kyle Orton got there first.

Jaguars is a possibility if they can work a deal with the Dolphins. Maybe they give up Blaine Gabbert for the rights - who knows? Jags would really make the most sense, although Miami did drop the only really receiver they had (prelude to ground and pound?). Gainesville is only a hour or so away from Jacksonville and their are many Mebow fans there. The drama of offseason continues.. ... I even saw an article on NFL.com that suggested a Brett Favre comeback for one of the 'losers' in the Peyton sweepsteaks. That guy just cannot fade away without his name coming up somewhere - are blue jeans sales down?

Maybe the Doplhins thing Garrard has something in common with Peyton Manning. Oh wait he does! Both QB's are old and missed the entire last season due to injury.

I think you're heading straight for Tannehill, Foot.

Losing the championship by 1 point is pretty cool, though. (Unless they were leading by 8 with a minute to go.)

Let's face it: Dolphins were never meant to play football. They're cute, nice, aquatic, and don't have opposable thumbs. Or any thumbs. Or hands where a thumb might be.

Here's a description of the logo from Wikipedia:

"The logo consists of a sunburst with a leaping dolphin wearing a football helmet bearing the letter M."

Who came up with that? Barney?

So how does the suspension of Sean Payton affect Saints player value?

My take: they'll struggle more to win games, both from a dip in coaching and a dip in oomph (particularly on D). The RBs will struggle the most; Brees will keep trying to will his team to victory and throw lasers all over the field. They guy hurt the least by this, both in terms of tactics and head-messing, is Graham, who doesn't feel like the league just dumped on his championship, because he doesn't have one, and who will be Brees's reliable outlet when everything else falls apart.

I think as good as Drew Brees is, he can run the Saints offense. I think where they will have a few hiccups is when there are crucial (head caoch-type) decisions to be made. Like 4th and one at the 50. Challenges. Stuff like that. Saints will still score points. Saints will still gain yards. Whether they win or lose is really not an issue in fantasy football. In fact, you almost hope they are trailing games late to pile up the beautiful point-worthy yardage!

As for making fun of the Dolphins logo. That is just mean. There are a few NFL teams I dislike. (Actually the Dolphins are not one of them.) But I would NEVER make fun of the logo since it represents history, tradition and the NFL.
