The Redskins are 4-2, the Giants are 3-2, and we're 2-3,..........we are behind the curve in taking over this division with one exception. Until we play the Eagles, we're undefeated in the division.
We need to sweep two teams in the division for playoff purposes. And we need to beat the Bills and Dolphins among other games for over all playoff purposes (in case we don't happen to sweep two teams in our division).
The next three games are "supposed to win" games,.......if they don't win all three of those,.......they're not going to win the division. They'll still get in the playoffs, but they'll be one and done. The only thing that will save them in the post season if they don't show strong the rest of the way this season is the idea that the team they play in the post season is weaker than them already.
The Redskins will lose to the Cowboys, Bills, Pats, Eagles, Jets, and San Fran.Keep on dreaming HOMER. The Redskins play best when up against playoff teams.
The Giants will lose to the 49ers, Pats, Jets, Cowboys (at least once), Packers, and Saints.
Since when is winning at Philly something we're "supposed" to do?We have won 3 out of the last 4 there.
Don't think that's "asking for a lot." Seeing how the NFC East teams have played this year, what their weaknesses are, and who they have left on their respective schedules, I still believe Dallas has a solid chance to win the division.I am definitely on board with your deductions here!
Dallas has its problems for sure. But on the whole we've out-played every team we've faced this year in a lot of key areas (first downs, total yards, time of possession).
