Lanny H Proves Nicklaus All-Time Best

In and of itself, that might not seem like anything new.  After all, no one in 2011 would dispute such a claim.  However, Lanny H Golf (my blog) has just released a study, using a ground-breaking new system of objective analysis, that not only proves the fact but also shows Tiger Woods was never, despite the inexorable media melodrama, "on pace" to better Jack's record.

It's hardly breaking news that the media overdoes things, but with the Myth of Tiger Woods, they really outdid themselves.

Most welcome.  I'm the first to admit that I believe sports ( especially American sports ) are overwhelmed with statistics.
  They paint a picture, but not the full picture. I've done down this path before.

 Anyway....I enjoyed your point of view. Yours is especially interesting as you have an open mind and can see the wheat from the chaff.

 

 

After carefully considering all the data that you provided I have concluded that Tiger Woods is the greatest player to ever play the game -  Jack Nicklaus knows that Tiger is better than he ever was-  So do I -  and so does anyone who truly knows the game and has an unbiased point of view -

By the way, after the historic win my martin Kaymer this weekend, i was curious to see who had won the most WGC events in their illustrious history.  what do you know -  Tiger has the most WGC victories with SIXTEEN WINS!  Geoff olgivy is in 2nd place on that list with three WGC wins.  Another amazing feather in "Tiger's Greatest to ever play the game" cap.    GO TIGER!!
