At least Suh was man enough to pick a fight with a member of his own sex. Your boy Walden was big and bad enough to beat up his girlfriend. You cheesehead losers better give this thug as much crap as your giving Suh! If anyone deserves a season ending suspension is should be your big tough guy. Are you guys gonna cheer when he makes a play still? Big tough football player beat up his girlfriend. Hahahahahaha typical Packer thug. Drug addicted QB for all those years, pedophile TE, now a woman beater. At least Suh is a good guy off the field.

LAWRENCE — Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden was arrested Friday morning for allegedly assaulting his live-in girlfriend, who required medical treatment in the incident.

Brown County Court was closed Friday for the holiday and Walden will remain in jail on suspicion of felony domestic violence-substantial battery until at least Monday.

The incident occurred about 2:30 a.m. at a Lawrence apartment complex and a woman later called authorities about 6:30 a.m., Hobart-Lawrence police Chief Randy Bani said.

Bani said the woman was treated at a local hospital before calling police. Bani did not believe the woman had visible injuries. Walden, 26, was later booked into the Brown County Jail at 8 a.m.

“The officer felt that were was enough information that was given by the victim that the male was arrested,” Bani said.

This titally made my day. Ideally the woman beater will get shanked but if he gets out he should be banned for life. Thuggery like that shouldn't be allowed in the NFL. I am ashamed for you packer fans. your hole season will be tainted if he remains on your roster.

I know you're simply here cuz your team got it's butt whooped yesterday and Suh's actions (and lame explanation) makes your tean look bad..

BUT seriously..a woman may have gotten beat up..and that makes your day?(I say may have..as the police reported no visible injuries)

You are one sick puppy.

A woman got beat up by a Packer. After all the crap you guys have given us about Suh in the last 24 hours I just wanna see if you guys can be as angry at one of your own. The animal should be kicked out of the league.

No..a woman possibly getting beat up...made your day. That says quite a bit about you..doncha think?

I mean..you said it made your day? You're practically giddy over it?

IF Walden did it..I assume he'll be dealt with in court first..then fined, suspended and most likely released.

Until then..have fun searching for more women who get beat up and those stories can make some more days for you.
I was going to ignore this but I can't. This kind of stupidity makes me sick.

Zwic, do you even understand what the word alleged means? That means that nothing has been proven yet. What if it comes out that it was a fight provoked by Walden's girlfriend? What if it comes out that he was simply trying to defend himself without hurting her? There's a lot of 'what ifs' in every story reported by the media and it's pretty rare that the media's slant is the right one.

I think you're just a sore loser. In fact, I have no doubt that's exactly what this is ... you're fishing for something to deflect the attention off the Lions because of Suh's mistake and correspondingly immature and irresponsible behavior.

Fail.

Alleged=defending a thug woman beater. Your was holding Suh which meant Suh was just defending himself too. Its cool when a packer does something wrong, but if someone else lets his emotions get the best of him he's the devil.

Yet another player added to the list of criminals in Green Bay. Yeah, and Detroit is the classless and dirty team.

Seriously, do you even read what you post?

I haven't heard anyone label the Lions as being classless or dirty. I have read many people's opinions on Suh and unfortunately, if Schwartz doesn't get his team in hand there's going to be a lot more of that exact type of behavior manifesting. A professional football player should show accountability and responsibility for his actions on and off the field.

As far as Walden goes ... everything reported so far has been alleged. When the facts come out and your presumptions are proven right, then you could definitely throw your 'I Hate Walden' party. But until it's proven ... you're much more credible if you don't act like a whining child.

Inexcusable if found guilty. Then again Suhs stupidity was on display for the world to see, so until the Walden thing is ironed out, I guess the jury is out so to speak. I love it when fans say stuff like "at least he's a good guy off the field'. Too funny, like you hang out. Heck any one of these guys could be a wife-beater, steroid user, etc. You have no clue (in this case and I'm guessing many others).

If the Walden acusation turne out ot be true, I hope the guy does time. Never called for Suh to be banned from football, but that kind of stupidy and denial need to be addresse imo. Pretty simple.

And everyone of those guys have been sent packing after they have had their due process. If Walden is proven to be guilty I have no doubt the Packers will send him down the road as well. What more can you ask of the Packers? Walden is entiltled to his due process of the law.

No one is making excuses for Walden. If found guilty no one will.

Suh situation is totally different. For one thing his actions on the football field are the ones being judged. It happened in front of a national audience. His lame excuse didn't match what was seen on film. There weren't any players obscuring the play. Most of the fans of the Lions are disgusted by it. He should and will get suspended. Suh might be the greatest guy in the world off the field. Gives/works for charities, whatever. Thats not whats being judged. Thats away from the field.

With Walden we have to wait for the investigation and/if a trial to take place and be over before discipline can take place. If found guilty Walden should be suspended for at least a year. Longer if his sentence is longer.

If found guilty, there should be absolutely no tolerance for Erik's actions. In this city or any other place in America.

PERIOD.

Well-said Wis!

If we demand zero-tolerance in our schools why wouldn't we expect the same from our professional athletes?

U people are so quick to defend garbage, yet love to jump on the actions of others. I guess thats what you get from a bunch of people that were buying #4 jerseys for their kids. The last thing I'd get my son is a drug addicts jersey. Hopefully Suh is out for blood in week 17.

zwic, the difference between your organization and ours, is that Suh, a thug on the field, and your coach, who appears to be inciting the on the field thuggery will be there next year, and likely the year after that. The ownership hired them, or drafted them and they will continue with their dirty act on the field.

Walden did this on his own, in his own home, and it's very possible he just played his last game as a Packer.....the org will dump him. Unlike Detroit who will revel in their bushleague team.

If Walden did this, he's done. And I along with the rest of Packernation will be happy to see his wifebeating @ss go.
