Some people choose to keep their heads stuck in the sand regarding the truth about certain things, though.

There goes Little Kitty crying and whining and spewing all her drivel again.  While every tennis player loses, it is amazing how the hatred comes out when one or both of the Williams Sisters lose a match.  They are both great tennis players and they are the best sister tandem in the history of the game.  

Little Kitty i know you will hit me back with 'there aren't many sister tennis players, like you've done in the past.' You are simply wrong, there are millions of sisters (maybe not that many) who started out as Juniors playing the game of tennis.  The Williams Sisters rose above the 'odds' and have become the best, and evidently the most feared sister tandem in tennis history.

SO, here you suddenly pop up, in a Williams-related thread, of course!!  I guess the Paris Masters for the men, with 5 or 6 guys ('Ree! not included) fighting for the last three spots in London, wasn't exciting enough for you to consider paying any attention to it.  I take it that the YEC's for the women, and the Finals in London for the guys, wasn't worth watching, as neither was worth watching... there weren't any "unattractive inside" (or outside, for that matter) Thugs participating in them.

And then, your PRECIOUS little Thugrena!!  She's so misunderstood, poor 'Ree!!  It's Martinez-Sanchez's fault that 'Ree! threatened to "get (her) in the locker room for that, you don't know me" at Roland Garros in '09.  It's that racist (yes, I've actually seen numerous fanbots make this claim) lineswoman's fault that 'Ree! is a punk Thug who threatens to shove a ball down a person's throat.  It's Asderaki's fault that Thugrena won't observe basic rules of tennis etiquette... oh, btw, while doing a mah-velous! job of deflecting attention away from the fact that she was getting her butt stomped by Stosur.

In other news:  You can choose to believe this or not, but it is the honest TRUTH!  I know for a fact that a few years ago at a private country club in a city other than where the Williams live, Serena was at the club practicing (just a laid back hitting session really).  After her practice she decided to take a shower. One of the club members asked one of the tennis pros: 'You didn't let her take a shower in our facility did you?  You know our unwritten rules.'  I bring this up simply to show you some of the things that the Williams Sisters face in everyday life.  You are probably also asking how do I know.  I am not sure if you play or coach tennis, but the tennis world is really a small world once you become really involved in it.

So, while you choose to live your life with 'hate' towards the Williams Sisters, I choose to recognize that people make mistakes.. It's much easier to love than to hate, Sweetie.

What you were actually doing was sidestepping the main point of that particular comment - that extremist Williams fan-bots think that professional tennis is Grand Slam events, and nothing else.  Feel free to attempt to deny that in the same way that you'll always deny anything negative related to this family and its most extremist fans, though.
