never owned him in fantasy and dont think i ever will. the potential has always been there and he could been 20pts 10rebs guy and still can but hes already a 10 yr vet.
Gooden is an enigma! So much ability and yet he's not the player he needs to be when it counts;like he takes time off or just doesn't have the heart...when he led Kansas to glory the world was supposed to be his oyster,I know he got hurt and it seemed to make him ordinary for a star;still he's too unreliable to want him even when he plays great you're waiting for him to take a dump.He'd be a great 4th F but I'd be waiting for him to flop;and I don't think I want that.
for some reason or another this guy always seems to find himself in coaches' doghouses..maybe an attitude problem..maybe his breath stinks,...who knows..but he pulls this act every year..hes really good when he gets mins..but for some strange reason he doesnt..only if another player gets hurt..
and coaches are there to coach, just like cousins, if you can't control or run a team, why do you have a job, something changed , only a handful of professional acting and respected vets and coaches , so sad
