This happens every year with them. There is no one to contact to correct because they make it difficult to call or their whole staff is on vacation. Then they point the finger at the other guy - Elias. Then they act like it is not their fault or even care that you paid $150 for the mediocre service. They assured me that this would never happen again after a Week 16 OT Monday Night Game where they pulled the plug at midnight and stopped scoring. I know our league is leaving to pay half the cost for dependable service and a service that will be accountable for their shortcomings.
As far as I am concerned, it is all about the making money for CBS Sports; and not about taking care of the people who paid and been loyal. Call their 800 number to order something - they are there. Try to contact someone at fantasy - they are all gone. Screw CBS Sports!!
Hi Cooper, I would be curious to hear some specifics on your problem. I am guessing this is a matter of someone winning or losing a championship. The OT thing doesn't sound too serious. Even if you had to figure the final stats yourselves you should get it right. If the problem was the same for all the leagues I am sure it would eventually be fixed. You are correct when you say it is difficult to get an answer from CBS. It is often something like sorry can't help you there which sucks.
cbs also banned me for calling them out for their support of cheaters in fantasy sports just because it generates a ton of money for them...i won a league and can't even access my team so they can pay me,i think i'll check in to see if i can get a lawsuit against them because i had no warnings or anything and what do they think they can just keep my winnings...while i'm at it i am going to collect the 200.00 i never got from about 5 or 6 years ago they never mailed me...if anybody knows another good site for fantasy please let me know
You can also try RealTime Fantasy Sports, www.rtsports.com. I've had my league there for the past 6 years. Good functionality and fairly quick response on customer issues.
