What we absolutely need to address with our first pick is one someone that can cover a WR. So a true shut down coverage corner is my 1st priorty. My 2nd priority would be a pass rusher. My 3rd priorty would be to enhance our O-Line. So I would pick Janoris Jenkins if he is there which he will be. Look at what we have now. An old busted corner in Terrence Newman who can't stay healthy. Mike Jenkins who can only draw pass interference penalties and Scandrick who can't cover $hit. I would then look at Upshaw from Alabama. I don't know if we will resign Anthony Spencer or Bradie James so Upshaw would make a lot of sense. Then I would like either DeCastro or Konz. We would have a great C or a great left side of or O-Line.

In free agency I say we take a good look at Courtland Finnegan and Michael Griffin. Also we need to get more bodies on our D-Line. In order to generate more pressure I would say we should go to a 4-3 instead of our 3-4 that we love now a days. Jerry Jones has said that he likes what he has seen out of the Giants pass rush. Also look at the Lions line. They generate pressure because they have multiple bodies to keep the pressure on the QB. We don't have enough quality lineman other than Ratliff and Spears.

What if there isn't an NT or SS/FS worthy of the 14th overall pick...?  I don't think then we should grab one just to grab one.  We have other needs to address and, quite frankly, we need another solid draft.

Our offensive line still could use help; David DeCastro would look awful good for us if Poe/Kirkpatrick/Barron are all off the board.

Axe,
I'd have no problem if we picked up another top o-lineman only if a top NT or SS/FS is not on the board. If that's the case, and we draft an o-lineman first, then we better get the checkbook out for some free-agent mercenaries. Our defensive backfield is woeful.

Secondary HAS to be addressed. I just don't want to pidgeon-hole ourselves by saying "we need a CB, so we have to take one in the first round." We have enough holes and question marks where we likely will be able to take the best player available and it will also address an area of need.
