1. Mr. Dennis (Fleet-Feet) Norfleet
Great late pickup, wasn't it? If you didn't read Allen's front-page interview with him (we've had it in the can for a while, things just had to get settled in order to post it), it's good: http://michigan.scout.com/2/1154382
.html
Why the secrecy on this one?
It was not by our choice.
He had not really been a U-M recruit all along, so his academic file had to go through the regular channels, etc., and be accepted first (not that there was anything wrong with the file -- but just in case, had it not been approved, and the Norfleets needed the fallback of just quietly sticking with Cinci where he'd been committed). Then, he had to tell Cinci.
2. We NOW expect today to proceed in an orderly manner, from one to twenty-five -- as always, we'll let you know if-otherwise of course.
3. For the first time ever, MGoBlue.com has gone 'thoroughly-modern-millie' and is doing LIVE Signing Day coverage:
http://www.mgoblue.com/sports/m-foo
tbl/spec-rel/si gning-day-2012.html
Their coverage includes:
-- posting the kids' names as their LOIs come in (more or less ... as well as texting them: http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=162&f=1088& t=8644122 )
-- broadcasting Brady Hoke's S-Day presser live, 2 PM EST -- don't miss it!
4. As the LOI's come in and are posted, we'll put up "Signing Day Capsules" on each.
Then, join Sam Webb and WTKA from 3-7 PM at Pizza House or on WTKA/WTKA.com ... Brady Hoke will be the main honored-interviewee, as well as signees and others. Don't miss this either!

5. As far as Jordan Diamond (announcing Friday evening at 8PM EST with his other college bound teammates: http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=162&f=1088& t=8645023)
An notion of 'he'll tell the winning school by S-Day and then just sit back until the 3rd' -- has not turned out to be the case here. He's in the process of making up his mind. In the past 48 hours this one has swung and swung again:
-- Auburn vs Michigan
-- Wisky vs Michigan
-- last word - Arkansas vs Michigan (http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=162&f=1088& t=8647529)
The one constant has been Michigan -- but this could swing some more ... and no decision has been made or told to any coaching staffs as yet.
*Fingers crossed*
