but you choose to continue to jump at each word I say.No sir.. I simply want you to stop stating assumptions or speculations as fact...
Now go respond to DC and Mounties they seem to have a bone to pick with you as wellLambert, it is just like talking to wall when it comes to WVU DAD and wvudad2 are one and the same or to put it another way 2 clowns in one.
sPitt and 'Cuse are leaving the BE under good terms, doing things the right way, honoring the contract they signedvIll betcha a paycheck that as soon as WVU sets the number it takes to leave that Pitt and Cuse follow them out the door...
The sooner, the better," said Pitt athletic director Steve Pederson, who attended ACC winter meetings this week as a non-voting member. "Everybody is a little on hold until we see what all shakes out. Everyone is anxious to get this done and anxious to get moving forward."
When Pitt and Syracuse announced in September they would leave the Big East, both schools hoped the move would be finalized in time for the 2012-13 school year. But Big East commissioner John Marinatto has been steadfast in holding the universities to their contractually negotiated 27-month waiting period.
A month later, West Virginia said it would leave the Big East for the Big 12 and filed a lawsuit to make that happen this year. The Big East countersued, and the matter is working its way through the judicial system.
Pederson didn't rule out Pitt playing in the ACC this year, but that is tied to West Virginia's court fight.
"We are following that very closely and continuing to monitor what happens there," Pederson said. "I don't know exactly what the future holds."

Sorry to bust your bubble again there DAD
Reasons to stay in the BE:SMURPH,
1. Big fish in a little pond
2. continuing rivalries. Sorry, scratch that one. All our rivals have left or are leaving.
3. Good chance to get the automatic BCS bid. Oops, scratch that one. The automatic bid will end after the 2013 season.
Reasons to go to the Big-12:
1. More money to operate our sports programs (all our sports programs).
2. Better competition forces you to play up to your competition.
3. Mo' money.
4. A more stable conference that does not give special consideration, and special power, and inequitable finance distribution to basketball-only schools.
5. More money from TV contracts, more money from better bowl games, better football programs with larger stadiums and larger fan bases.
sPitt and 'Cuse are leaving the BE under good terms, doing things the right way, honoring the contract they signed
they may want to leave early, but I think it would be a stretch for sPitt or 'Cuse to come up with a $20+ million buyout, and I wouldn't think that the money grubber Swofford would help pay the buyout.
So which is it, they are morally "doing things the right way", or doing so because they are "financially forced"?
Pitt and 'Cuse are leaving the BE under good terms, doing things the right way, sPitt and 'Cuse are leaving the BE under good terms, doing things the right way,But then confronted with the quote made by Pitts AD Pederson that they want to leave "THE SOONER THE BETTER" and that he didnt rule out Pitt playing in the ACC this year but will be tied to the out come of the WVU lawsuit.....
Lambert, they may want to leave early, but I think it would be a stretch for sPitt or 'Cuse to come up with a $20+ million buyout, and I wouldn't think that the money grubber Swofford would help pay the buyout. The B12 is desperate to have WVU in the league next year to fullfill their TV deals, and will lose a ton of cash if they only have 9 teams, so they would be willing to pony us some cash, the ACC is not in that position. I would say that 2013 would be as soon as sPitt and 'Cuse will be painting ACC on their fields.so which side of your face are you gonna stand on this point.... Are they doing things correct and leaving under good terms which satisfies your moral high ground or are they just waiting for WVU to set the bar as to what it will cost to leave and are financially unable to make the move
