Bears Down, now Bear Down Arizona

Going on the road to hand Cal it's first home court loss was huge for Arizona. This is the kind of game they need to play and the wins that will be necessary if they want a chance to dance at the end of the season.

Kyle Fogg continued his strong play, shooting and defending.
Josiah Turner looked good, especially with the highlight reel assist.

We even had an Angelo Chol sighting. 8 points in 16 minutes! That was a big lift, especially with Kevin Parrom out for the rest of the year. Sadly, Jordin Mayes might have broken his foot like Parrom.

So we're getting even thinning depth wise, but the guys who are left are starting to play better.
 

Regardless of how this seasons ends up, all this adversity is only going to make the returning guys even stronger and more united next season. Cant wait to see this group next year with addition of the incoming class. It sure will be nice to have some more playmakers inside. Nothing against Perry. The guy gives everything he has every game, but he just could use some help in the post.

Jesse Perry has done the hard work against bigger guys. He's playing out of position every night. I'd love to see how well he'd do at PF with the 7-footer Arizona has coming manning the post.
