Though the Buckeyes were edged out at home after shooting 26% from the field, I'm sure that they'll take solice in winning the Big Ten again this season.  That will make it 5 out of the past 7, you know.  I still remember back in the day when Michigan State was the premier basketball team in the conference. 

Can one of you Ohio fans help me out with this...why is there an asterisk next to their 1999 Final Four tourney appearance?  I'm guessing it's because the wins from that season were vacated, but I was told in another thread that OSUe bball has never cheated.  TIA
