So it looks like how it works is that you get a playing partner, ours will be Pitt, that you play a home and home with every year. Then everyone else, one year you play a home and home, one year you play them once at home, and the next year you play them once away.
Personally I hate it. Who wants to play Pitt twice a year, and why would you havea schedule that does not have MD playing Duke, UNC, and UVA twice every year instead of a school we have no history with at all. It can't be good for ratings. The top rated games of the year in the entire ACC when everyone is at least pretty good are Duke/UNC, Duke/MD, UNC/MD and UNC/NCST (who are also not partners). I would prefer to not play as many home and homes with several other teams and only play them once a year alternating sites in order to preserve natural rivalries every year. I am guessign Syracuse and Pitt could care less about playing us twice ever, and that probably goes for BC and Miami also.
