You'd think though that they'd work him in a bit here and there, especially when Ricky was getting shut down.I don't remember Ricky being shut down any worse than Rice, it was a function of our oline more than anything, I don't think it was ever running back specific.
You'd think though that they'd work him in a bit here and there, especially when Ricky was getting shut down.The problem is that Ricky wouldn't have gotten much playing time then. Rice is an every down back and Williams could do that too when Rice needed a breather. The only time I remember Allen getting any work was during a blowout, I forget which game. Also I think Anthony Allen was inactive for a number of games due to an injury.
