Yep, Dutch Tom Watson shor nuff lost it too and when he was really going back then he made everything and never left one short.
Lanny, even the media may have a difficult time if Tiger doesn't return to form and especially on the final day when it's all on the line..of course they feel without hype'n him the view'n audience will drop as will sponsors, attendance, etc. Obviously television depends on ratings which converts to advertising dollars so they'll keep pump'n Tiger and really work this Phil and Tiger thing until we all turn blue!
IMO and I've said this for quite a time now, what's hurt'n Tiger is what he's lost tween his ears, it's not his physical condition at all but he's been lost in try'n to find it swing wise for way too long and the longer it goes the harder it becomes!! I think today set him back more than we may realize too!
It looks like we have new leader thanks to Mickelson! KINIK!! What a jump! Congrats! It's all in a days work, and did Phil work at it. You could see the determination on his face. Another win to take to the World Hall of Fame. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, Phil and Kinik!
Tiger Woods has to be the worst Sunday finisher I have ever seen. He seems to be just mentaly shot on Sunday's. I dont believe we will ever see anything close to what he once was.
Congrats to Phil. It was nice to see his competitiveness all day long.
I agree with others that still say Tigers problem is between the ears and nothing else.
