De-bunks the BS accusations Vickey Triponey made against Paterno, stating that he always took the legal matters with his players into his own hands. This article comes from a judge that states that never happened once. Of course you won't see this in the main-street media because it won't sell papers. Oh well.

This is just another cult article in the closeted local Penn State newspaper,
preaching to the choir.
The district judge chooses words carefully to try to present a convincing argument
by using ambiguity.
The paragraphs the judge uses to praise himself earns him no credibility, however
that he shoveled the sidewalk proves thhat there was too much "closeness" there
and that we need to read between the lines.
Prestia says, "That's not my experience." Well that's like saying nothing at all or
I don't want to or won't talk about it.
He goes on to say, "asked me to cover up." Of course not. A coach would not ask a
judge to cover something up.
Then the statement follows, "O.K. I'll tell Joe"
So Joe is notified and there is no need to request that something be covered up
Joe says, "I'll take care of it" Hint-taking of it. Is that not covering up?
The good judge goes on to say, "no coaches or administrators called to ask favors" Never once.
Of course not, scratching each others back is done indirectly with the wink of an eye.
" If Joe was trying to protect or cover up why didn't I hear anything." Making a statement
like that shouts, "THIS IS A COVERUP."
Do a little research about all of the player arrests that never were reported to the public.
How did the arrests stay out of the papers?
And maybe you are forgetting that  for at least 15 years children were being sexually molested by
a Penn State coach( Sandusky was a coach). And the public mysteriously never heard about it.

          Thats right pennstater they don't!  The anti-pPaterno/Psu/state of PA....... just like to run their mouths because once you take a stand on something it is hard to admit that maybe

their 1st reaction was skewed. I understand the knee jerk reaction.  I  also  had to step back and  really listen to some posters in this community and evaluate my own personal opinion.

The more I researched the more I realized that I did'nt need to defend Joe Paterno because  it is becoming more apparent that The BOT and the President of PSU  and the political  needs of

Gov. Corbett are more troublesome to me . The bigger picture is ugly.

I feel we are all guilty of this to some degree.  I will highlight  one sentence above because  it supports my point of view.

So why was Jerry Sandusky allowed to regularly watch football games from the PSU Presidents box whenever he wanted, even though its proven JoePa and PSU leaders (NOT) knew of the crimes.   Including Sandusky was most recently there to see  JoePa win #409 on Oct 29th in the PSU Presidents box?
