Hey Jerr. Why stop with the locals of State College? Why not have the jury pool chosen from the Penn State campus? Better yet; how about a true jury of your peers and get only ex-football coaches to decide how many years you'll spend in the pokey? What the hell Jerr; there isn't a collection of 12 clowns out there that aren't going to send you up the river, so what difference does it make if you get 20,30, or 40 years? You're not going to survive 6 months behind bars with Rufus the Rapist and Lester the Molester locked up with you.

Yea let the jury be from State College.. They'll shoot him as soon as he walks into the court room. Then they will burn down his house and piss on the ashes.. I'll be first in line to piss on those ashes!

getting a bunch of Penn St supporters on the jury is his best chance to get off.  They riot in support of pedophile enablers so it's not much of a reach to think they'd be easy on him. 

If you think the Penn St Supporters will be sympathetic to him, your out of your mind. Considering all the damage he has caused to the community, Paternos, and the University, you think he'd want it as far away as possible.

This has to be a ploy by the attorneys because finding a group of jurors in College Town that have not already made up their mind before hand is impossible.  Not hard to do, not nearly impossible but flat out can't be done.  Seems to me this is a setup to ask for a mistrial if he is found guilty and keep him free for as long as possible.

I'm beginning to think this Amendola dude is the 21st century version of Dr. Kervorkian. If you have a death wish or are just simply too tired to carry on with life, call this hack of a lawyer and he'll be sure you get your just rewards. Everything this clown does for his client is pushing old Jerr closer and closer to "life without parole." Can't wait to see how this fool performs in the courtroom and what kind of surprises he has in store for the country.

The attorney's general and the prosecutors from day 1 screwed this case up with the massive publicity that they gave out to the public thus making it impossible to find an impartial jury in the state of Pennsylvania. Right now this is a great case for a mistrial due to an impartial jury. This is a major problem not only for this case but for all high profile cases where prosecutors want to convict the defendant in the court of public opinion but than when it comes time for jury selection their actions have already sabotaged the case.
