They must be drinking beer and eating fried chicken in the locker room.

A blatant stick to the head during a skirmish after the play. It will be interesting to see if Shanny has the nuggets to call Lucic in. This is compounded, per Shanny's previous rulings, by the fight earlier in the game between the same two players. Need to control emotions and sticks on the ice. Lucic did neither.

As crappy as this season has gone, nobody would want to see Buffalo in the playoffs because if they make a run and get in, you would have a talented, healthy and confident team that would be the hottest team going (they'd have to be the hottest team just to make it).

Buffalo managed to get under the B's skin. If you bully back with this club they seem to loose their momentum.

Lucic is such an arrogant goon. The pompous, aloof comments before and after the game, show a total lack of respect. "We can't take anyone lightly, no matter who they are" Ooooohhhhhh Milan....real solid shot post game. Maybe you should have made some plays on the ice...like play defense, or forecheck and create chances. Wait, you guys did try your hardest to forecheck, but Buffalo just negated it with quick decisions and crisp passes out of the zone. Yes, you guys tried your hardest to clutch, grab, and hold in your own zone, to no avail. I guess when all the bullying goon tactics are negated, talent and skill take over and show who the better team is. The fact is Milan, the Bruins are a mediocre group of players who's only strategy is to try and intimidate opponents. If that doesn't happen, you guys lose most of the time. The fact is, you guys were just a mediocre team up to last year, had a good, not great regular season last year, were lucky to get by the Canadiens in the 1st round, and yes, you did win the Cup. But after a hot start this season, the Bruins have been exposed for what they really are. A bunch of mediocre goons with a few skill guys that would be 2nd or 3rd liners on most teams. So make excuses Milan, on why you got dismantled last night by a team you apprently felt didn't deserve to be in the same rink with such an elite squad as the Bruins. You know, a team that has pretty much owned the Bruins since the lockout, with a 28-15 record. A Sabres team that not only is more skilled and talented, but has a guy in Kaleta that gets in your heads. Bunch of losers....just like the Patriots. (btw..joke of the day. What's the difference in Super Bowl wins between the Bills and Patriots. None - they both should have zero. The only difference is the Pats cheated to get theirs and the Bills didn't)

Good win from Buffalo.

MGD still at it, there is something to be said for that......not sure what, but something.  When society frowns upon your incessant nonsense you keep plugging on, unfortunately for you society is right. Youre a prime example of both nature and nurture coming together to make the bitter Buffalo fan.

You could have made some good point MDG but you did them in a real bitter way which made them look really bad.

First off, the Bruins are not designed to be a first place regular season team.  Any team can beat them on any given night .. IF they play their A game. That said, the Bruins still will be either 3rd overall or likely not lower than 5th in the conference.

What the Bruins are built for is a long haul.  They can win by being a deep team and outlast most teams which do not hit hot streaks at the right moment.  It isn't rocket science, it isn't a dynasty, it is just what they are.  Are the Sabres superior?  last night they were, I wouldn't talk about a full season or playoffs though from just one night.

Well I tried to explain that above, but then you say..

A Sabres team that not only is more skilled and talented, but has a guy in Kaleta that gets in your heads.
Funny, you call all the Bruins goons, although only 4 of them had penalties - 3 for dancing with some talented and skilled Sabres players.  But then rename it for Kaleta.  the guy that gets in your head.  Obviously you live life on a one way street.

Well, the Sabres played a great game last night and punched the Bruins right in the mouth, likely deserved.  Hopefully the Bruins will do better next time, and hopefully their annual mid-winter slump will be over soon.

i think youre even wrong here Bengal. Bruins will finish no lower than the 2 seed. They more or less have the NE already wrapped up...thank you Sabres, and the SE division is so terrible it probably wont matter.

Patrick Kaleta in the Bruins head, funny. I cant believe that he proved that gloves weren't glued to his hands last night. Lets see him go w/ Lucic again.
