Sandusky takes stand to request local jurors in...

I don't blame him for wanting a local jury. The comments from Penn St. fans on message boards seem to let me know a home jury might let him go. Nittany Lions fans are just clueless in this whole case. The man needs to be locked up until his last breath....but if you ask Penn St. fans...they don't all seem to think so.

Do not let this man have any contact with any children, even his own blood.

Someone explain to me how the sick S.O.B in California gets a $15 million bail set forcing him to sit in prison and this sick S.O.B gets to sit on his back porch watching children. Both of these guys should be behind bars given the number of accusations. It's just "he said, "she" said" - it's a "THEY" said...

I heard him just crying on the radio about how he can't go on his porch to feed his dog biscuits because (big shock) his back porch overlooks an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.


And he's also crying about all the kids he adopted not being able to visit him.  Or some such bs.

Life is tough in Pennsylvania!

For some reason, time and again, Adults seem to worry about fellow Adults.  Not Kids.

innocent till proven guilty...that being said, if the allegations are true he is a sick s.o.b.

I wish they could expedite this trial and get it over...

Cwergs. Never heard of this california case , but sandusky's bail is really high ,he just has the assetts to pay it , also everyone should be allowed bail and gets bail (except capital cases or if the defendant keeps defaulting) until they are found GUILTY. As it should be , and the writer forgot to include that the daughter in law that does not want him to see her children is involved in a custody case with the father ..,

Yeah, they're willing to admit that Sandusky MIGHT be guilty, but are 100% sure that everyone else associated with the school is 100% innocent and did everything they possible could.

Anybody who has a problem with how Penn State "protected the kids" is labled a troll.


Sandusky can just show a few films, photos of Penn State ball players carrying him off the field after a win.

I don't care who the jurors are, lets just get him tried - and if he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt - convicted and sentenced.

What a POS. Its difficult for him to understand why people turned on him? What a horrible piece of trash, he has no regrets at all for how many lives he's destroyed and how many more will be destroyed as these kids he molested grow up and can't have normal relationships thanks to him.

There are horrible humans at Penn State and every other university, if this happened at someone elses university I could see the same BS spewing from their mouth. One girl from Penn State wrote on facebook that the rest of the world needs to get past this because its been difficult for her!! What a loser, I guess she doesnt take into consideration how difficult its been for the victims, this whole time its been hidden and now that its come out she wants it hidden again for fear her friends might make fun of her precious school.

ilpapall/hoponpop  is the person in the video and yet he constantly is on every thread regarding Sandusky or PSU ! Watch and see if you don't find this a little creepy! I am all for wt lifting and getting into shape but.......................

Seems like we have a lot of folks who like to speak in generalities when it comes to Penn State fans.  I challenge those posting to find where on these boards that a majority of  Penn State people are defending or apologizing for Sandusky. I've been reading the boards and posting a little since the acqusations came out and I'm not seeing and PSU people definding Sandusky on any level.  In fact some of the alumni groups I keep in contact with would have him hung as quickly as anyone else.  Generalizations that PSU "people" are backing Sandusky offend those of us, and there are many, who do not.  We are Penn State, but we are not all the same. 

Get this trash off of the sports page and into regular news. The man is going to get his very soon if the evidence is as strong as has been advertised, but not allowing a man to be in his own yard, that's B.S. he is out on bail. As far as seeing his grandchildren. As long as there is family supervision along with the kids let it go. The kids parents can make those decisions without the courts. let the process take its course and then all of us can sound off with our opinions after the case is over.

I don't know who you guys are talking about, but every conversation I've had with people I went to school with at PSU think that this guy is a pos.  We all hope that he gets locked away, and wish that he didn't have any connection to the program.  His actions have destroyed the legacy of a truly great man, and institution.  All of the charitable donations, and hard work that Joe Pa and the University on the whole have put forth from its inception in 1850 seem to mean nothing now due to this former employee's actions.

I don't think it matters where the trial is held, he should be going to jail for the rest of his life.


Another sad result of this situation is that it looks like THON funding will go down this year.  In past years you couldn't drive around the area I live (Cherry Hill, NJ) without seeing sorority girls and frat guys standing at major intersections collecting money for this great event.  I haven't seen anyone out "canning" in my area this year, and feel this may be a direct result of the now tarnished image of the school and that non-penn staters are now unwilling to help fund anything attached to PSU.  This is the largest student run philanthropy in the nation and all funds go to help children with cancer.  I hope I am wrong at that we can break last years totals... FTK.

The girl on facebook is like all of us who support our University. If we do not preface every post or comment regarding these  horrific  acts by Sandusky we are JUDGED HARSHLY  .

gvslaker we find the acts horrific ! Again with your comments we feel a need to defend ourselves because YOUR GENERALIZATIONS   about us are WRONG! Hidden from all of us.


Don't kid yourself people like JERRY SANDUSKY  are very good about manipulating all those around him. There is plenty of information about child predators available . I highly recommend you do some reading. It may just surprise you what they are capable of. 


We are not blind to the victims or their pain.


 I know that your response will set me straight because why should someone who attended the University have a better insight to the problems that have and are transpiring. I read everything I can on it PRO OR CON.
