That's right geaux eellessuu....The facts of this case on hand are; Coach Boehiem called the two men accusers liars, and stated that they were out for money, and one of these two men has been proven to not be truthful, and they are suing for money. There is nothing missing, case closed. It was a nice try. Some strange entertaining news stories developed, but in the end, all we know is a little bit more about some people who were involved or chose to weigh in on the situation.

For those saying "this is the end" of the suit, you are clueless. This is a minor skirmish designed to gain attention and some information the lawyers knew they weren't going to get. Like or not, these plaintiffs have a very good case for libel because of Boeheim's abject arrogance in calling them liars. This whole issue would be gone if not for his dictatorial statements. It is not ironic that they are looking for money now, it's appropriate given his stupidity. It shows how out of touch these "legendary" coaches are with the rest of the world.

novagoodman...I see you don't like dictators, expecially arrogant dictator coaches. I suspect you think Jim Boehiem is an arrogant dictator coach. So it might be safe to assume you are chosing to ignore the facts of this case, and your bias against dictator coaches has led you to want Jim Boeheim to pay whether he did or didn't do anything wrong.

My question is:  If these guys are lying, what say you?  There is no proof so I think you're out on a limb.  

My opinion is Jim Boeheim spoke from the heart.  And if he has legitimate reason to believe what he said was the truth, then he is ok.  And that would make your premise faulty.
