Think you're right about Tharpe getting more time, and Teahan taking a seat. Teahan didn't score in the game & he had some pretty bad mistakes at costly times towards the end of the game when OkSt made their run. Silly fouls included, it was an unremarkable game and continues the trend of nearly nonexistence for Teahan. He is a senior and it is vital at this point for the team to jell in prep for the tournament though, and I'm not sure allowing Tharpe to have more minutes would benefit the team; but it might not hurt either. Tharpe may show us something different and it could help the team, but at this point, do the Jayhawks take that chance?
The same K-State team that turned a 13 point halftime lead @Texas into an 11 point LOSS? Yeah, I think we'll be OK if we come out and battle. Self's statements in prep for the game have been about how KU needs to battle on the boards and for loose balls, so he's got them pointed in the right direction mentally.
