The Florida Gators basketball team.......

Any team with a conference tourney can play its way into the dance.  Tennessee, won't win the SEC tourney, they won't get an at-large bid, and if I could bet against them getting into the tournament for even money, I'd surely make that bet.,

I think they're in if the win out and make the SEC finals. The Committee won't push them down if they lose to, say, Kentucky in the finals. If they meet UK and beat them before the finals, they're in for sure, win or lose in the championship.

Now whether that's realistic is another story, but if one of those two scenarios plays out, I say they don't have to win the conference tournament championship to get in.

I would go with the latter.

Its starting to seem that way.  If they keep winning, then their RPI will keep dropping but they need it to be in the 50's.  I will be nice and pull for you vol to have your team in the dance, but I really want the Vols to fail.  Either way, its a win/win for Memphis........soon we could have 2 more top 100 wins.

Florida somehow managed a  win at alabama.. how in the heck did the mighty vols fail on the road ? :)

Gators playing good tonight...up by 20 with Beal Boynton and Walker playing great on both sides of the court.  It's early, but the Arkansas defense against the 3 is not doing so well. 

right now it is 42 - 21....that is an azz whoopin...so far....at some point...someone needs to pull the lemo's out front to take the gators to the airport. 

They would like champaigne...and some bottled water.  they may be a bit parched. 

I like the way this game is going tonight. 

Halftime; up by 25...9 of 15 from outside...the gators are on the money tonight.  Great team speed and ball handling.  Walker having a really great game and Boyton in complete command of the court.  Fun to watch.

well atleast tennessee fans can still say they beat florida 2 times. good luck to tennessee in the NIT, if they make it.


 On another note florida is putting on a shooting clinic. wish we would hit the 3's like this every night ( hey a man can dream )

Well, it appears that UT is "who we thought they were", to borrow a quote from the great Dennis Green.  If UF is a dumpster fire
of a program, then UT is the two hobos digging through the ashes. 

Congrats to the Florida Gators on handing the Hogs their first loss in BWA this season. That was real whipping.
