Boise inks deal with UT Martin in 2013

Listen to this girl continue to talk about Boise as if they pose any relevant parallel to Alabama.

He claimed Alabama was misranked in 2010 and also that Boise should have been ranked between 13 and 25 in all these recent seasons where they have actualy finished in the top 5 and top 10.  I was simply pointing out to BAMATEE that both teams have been properly ranked in the polls, right where they should have been.  That was the whole reason for my post, Idiot. 

And you are correct, they are a dead/Unranked Mid-Major topic.

And that's why you spend so much of your time cutting down and making hateful remarks against Boise.  Because they are an irrelevant, "dead" team.  Downright pathetic Guy.

Sorry, Calibronco, but you were wrong.  And Dumbday's idea that UT Martin was somehow making all of this up looks as ridiculous as everything else he posts in this forum.

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State’s football game at the University of Washington in 2013 has been moved from Sept. 7 (Saturday) to Aug. 31 (Saturday).

The game will be the first in newly-renovated Husky Stadium.  Originally built in 1920, the stadium is currently under construction and the Huskies will play this season’s games at CenturyLink Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks.  Television information for the game will be released at a later date.

In announcing the date change for the Washington game, Boise State also announced it has added the University of Tennessee-Martin to the 2013 schedule, Sept. 7.

Boise had an above average 4 year run. They wouldn't have even had that in a real conference but when you have 8 months to prepare for your one good team a year you'll face, you'll look better than you really are. Now they lost the senior class we won't hear anything about them after this year

So finishing 13th, 4th, 7th, and 6th in the country is an above average 4 year run, huh?  Interesting.  Don't forget 2 years prior to that run they finished 5th, and two years before that they went on a run of finishing between 12th and 15th for three years in a row.  They're not going away, mimic.  The program is a force in college football.  They will reload.  Just watch and see.  I know how much you absolutely despise Boise, but you better just go ahead and get used to it.

I sincerely hope that Boise does stay semi-relevant for many years to come.  It's not like anyone else is making noise on that side of the country!

@Boise4Life- Woth that SOS, yes, I would call it average to above average. Just being honest, hey I said you guys were above average. I didn't say you sucked or anything negative. In the Big East you might have a chance to still be relevant because it's such a poor football conference but I still think BSU won't be that good of a team after this last senior class. If BSU is still relevant in two years, beating top teams OOC then you have my word I will apologize to you.

For the thousandth time along with overall record, strength of schedule is a MAJOR factor in determining a team's ranking as it should be.  Margin of victory is the other factor although to a much lesser degree.  The experts who do this for a living believe Boise to be a perennial top 5 to top 10 team year in and year out with SOS being a huge factor in that evaluation and ranking.  And the people that do this for a living know much, much more than you or I do. 

So they moved the Washington game so they could get UT-Martin on the schedule. That figures!

But Arky "isn't on our radar" and to move the schedule around to get Arkansas on it just isn't feasible. What a joke.

I wouldn't throw rocks in a glass house if I were you, geneh.  Your crappy 8 and 5 team played the 75th ranked schedule last year per this very website.  I looked over your schedule again and it was simply pathetic.  Nice season though right off the heals of that awesome 6 and 7 season you had in 2010 against.......you guessed it, a crap schedule.  So we have a crap team in Georgia Tech that plays a crap schedule from an embarrssingly bad, crap conference in the ACC.  You should be proud.

You made several outrageous statements like Georgia Tech would have "rolled over" Boise last year.  I wouldn't do that if I were you.  It makes you sound like a bumbling idiot.  There is no comparision whatsoever between the two programs.  None!  Even in your best year in 2009 when you finished 13th, Boise finished 4th.  You would have gotten the dog kicked out of you that year too.  Heck, you couldn't even beat Virginia and Miami last year let alone a powerhouse like Boise.  And if the two teams had played it would have gotten downright ugly.......and not in a good way for Georgia Tech.  Thank your lucky stars that it didn't happen because it would have been an embarrassment.  

I tell you what, Boise4Life. Once you rack up 3 National titles in FBS football, you can come back and rag on Tech. Until then you're a Johnny Come Lately who is scared to death to make out a real schedule. And you know it in spite of your rants.
