Sorry redwing I ain't going nowhere.  Look I can understand why you are 100% with the management.  After all if you were not the Detroit management would treat you as one of their "cattle".

So because I've been on the owners side that makes me a biatch? Using your logic you're the player's "biatch". What's your point? Oh I get it, I know what your saying. Anybody who's not a union guy like you and on the player's side is wrong and a guy like you who is the big union man is right !! Gotcha !

As for Jeremy Jacobs, I wouldn't be able to spot him on the street if I bumped into him. And only a man-child like you would use a term like "man-crush". Kinda creepy actually.

I hope and pray you leave little boys alone man. Not cool. Not even your "union brothers" would be proud of that.

When I hear "cattle", I think beef...and beef is good.

Do I go with surf and turf for Christmas or standing rib roast?     I guess it depends on what else we're serving.     I like thinking about cattle, even baby cattle since they're tasty too.

From what I understand I think it took a bunch of spayschell people and extra spayschell decisions to run that company into the ground.    It would take more than one side to crush the twinkie.

When I say "spayschell people", I mean everybody.    It appeared to be a team effort for the last decade and a half or so.

haha, I ask Uncle Gary regularly, but ever since he had me dragged off his property he doesn't respond to any of my offers for assistance.

Well no doubt BUT when unions continue to push and push then what do they think the company will do? Shut it's doors of course. It's like some companies that payed their employees 200k a year then things start slowing down and they can't afford paying the employees that much anymore. Of course the union won't budge so those people are without jobs.

Damn those union members for not giving in. Clearly they should have bent over and took it in the rear so the CEO and 8 or so other big wigs could double and even triple the salaries (like they did) and the company could grow.

It's okay for management to get huge raises, but when it comes to the people that actually do the work and make the product, well, then they make too much. Even though management makes 6 digits and more. Now I'm not talking about sports unions where they have their own agents and get paid by how they produce. They are 6 digit figures and more also. So when it comes to sports unions and management, I'm not on either side. They both suck and make too much! I care about them about as much as they care about me!

The problem with unions is they aren't even fighting for the employees! As long as the union bosses get their fat checks, then they don't care. They got the workers by the balls. People just look at it from the employees point of view and not the companie's point. I feel that it should be good pay for all but the problem is the machine workers make $30 an hour so now the broom sweeper needs to make $30 an hour as well. It's stupid. I used to be apart of a union and it was awful. So much headbutting going on and tension that I ended up leaving. Sure I'm not making what I used to but I'm more than happy to go to work with no damn stress and worries about arguing.

I sure hope it takes a few weeks before Hockey start-up.  I have some medical procedures from being in the ditch so long.  This fin-like appendage needs removing, the webbed feet need work and these gills have to go.

I wasn't going to mention Henrik Sedin, the D-bag.

Everybody going out to dinner now.

Owners are eating cattle steak, players are herding someplace else.

LeBrun, Kevin Allen, and a number of others seem to be getting optimistic since the meetings have had plenty of "back and forth" as if they're actually negotiating.

We'll see, I'll save my optimism for later when they have something.   Maybe Gary will give a 70+ word conference later.

That's just fungal growth Rediis, you don't grow fins at the zug, most things don't grow at all.

I really really don't want to put Henrik in the dbag list, I have to do more homework and get a better context.   Usually I judge early but I'm making an exception in his case so far.

Henrik was pissed at Jacobs being at the players/owners meeting and was venting after Schneider left to Switzerland.  They had nobody to tend goal for Higgins, Sedin and Sedin.  Funny story about Schneider's first practice.  There is a mine near the facility and a blast went off.  He asked "What was that?"  A team official deadpanned "You didn't know, we are at war."
