lol, I didn't mean that literally, , I meant metaphorically. It does really suck as a hockey fan, usually in december on a saturday night, you're watching hockey, and there's nothing, except debating about labour negotiations, really sucks.Glad you decided to stick around...the ditch needs you:) I miss HNIC big time. Its been a staple in my life since I was about 8 to 10 years old. Winter without hockey NHL style is brutal. Much rather be talking right now about last nights action. Im sick of this lockout stuff. Still cant believe it is still ongoing.
When the cold brutal winter comes around, and we still have to focus our attention on fehr and bettman, someone's going postal.
The hill we die on is the ditch, if this is our saturday's from here on in, I will die in the ditch.Curious that our hill is a ditch, I'm on the hill with you skinny, but not too close. I like my space.
I've always felt bad for postal workers in that regard, the ones that I have met and gotten to know have been great people or ones that lack the energy to take on a violent form of protest. They may come up witha new term for those that commit violent acts in the names of Don and Gary. It might be called "going Hab", or "Canucked them" or "Leaf fanned" or something along those lines.

We are happy to listen". I thought they wanted only a yes/no answer not new proposals or ideas.I don't most of their statements seriously. I had no use for anything Gary, Bill, or the Fehrs have said the last week. Gary and Bill beat out Fehr for biggest dbag press-conference. Their award is my continued attention.
Wow a yahoo writer, he must be famous.lol, probably right. I actually have far more faith in puck daddy compared to most sights and blogs. The opinion quality is the same but the articles usually have a much stronger basis for opinion and they seem to do take their time verifying information and validating others' opinions more so than most of larger sites. I usually have a tougher time discrediting yahoo sports and SI compared to most, I'm not sure why that is.
"As for now, I'm over here enjoying my time in Switzerland, trying to play hockey, score some goals and do the things I love to do." Patrick Kane talking about having his mom being the designated driver and some insights into his workout regimen.I have been very happy with the Kaner this offseason (since Cinco de Mayo). He's done well discussing the lockout imo, points in my book off the ice. He hasn't made the whiny remarks or done the finger pointing like so many others.
if you wake up early enough, you could see me gathering the ditch water for the day.Hope your up stream from me
!!! Especially in the morning!!!
It is definetly worth the trip. A majority of the time I was out over the summer, We were out 15-20 minutes and had our limit of 3 'eyes. I agree with what you say about sizes on them. But considering that Oneida Lake is the biggest lake inland in New York State, I've been to other lakes in the state and have caught consistently bigger walleyes. Of course the fishing pressure on Oneida is heavy all season so that is a factor. The Oneida River has bigger walleyes but tougher to catchbut you already know if you put the time in, you get them. I've iced fished on Oneida many times but people are very inconsiderate when they ride their snowmobiles on it and drive trucks on it that I have given it up as well.Snowmobiles make me uncomfortable when I'm icefishing. From what I glanced at, it looks like there is a ton of pressure there. On those types of lakes I shoot for fall and spring. Catching a limit in short order is nice on any body of water. I had no idea that lake was so shallow.
Is it me or did the merry minions managing the site make some changes today?
It may appear we may actually be able to follow responses to posts without quoting every damn thing.
