boy the Craphawk fans are awfully boisterous lately. a few years back you wouldve had an easier time finding Hoffa, but now that they got their mojo back its sh*t talking central for some. let me know when you go to 6 finals in a 12 year span, let me know when you win 4 Cups in 11(including one 3 years into the salary cap world)......let me know when you go to the playoffs 21 straight years in a row - all while not drafting in the top 10 since Lapointe in '91



lets not forget the last time you won a Cup before a couple years ago the BEatles were debuting on Ed freakin Sullivan. when you continually draft in the top 5 your bound to get something right.....eventually, so hats off to you(think Penguins). the only ones that can draft high all the time and still suck forever is the Lions but Ill save that for another thread.

One only had to look in ditches, they were stacked 6 high throughout the upper midwest, similar to Cubs fans now.  (I'm in that pile during the summer, quiet, blank look in the eyes, dirty, hopeless, silent)

When the Hawks are done being competitive, I'll worry about the comparisons.     Hang on to 2008 tight, it was only a half decade ago!  I've been waiting to say that for 5 years.
