I'd say Flacco is a top 7 QB. But the compeition in top QB ratings is getting tougher by the year as rookie QB's are playing better and better. Look at this year for example, there were three rookies that looked awesome and put their teams in the playoffs. Kaepernick, a second year player has his team in the SB too. Elite? No. But neither is Eli.

They need to pull out the checkbook and pay this guy.  I used to think he was Alex Smith AFC version, but he's clearly better than Alex Smith.

This win increases the odds that Ray Lewis is legit on the retirement talk, especially if they win the Super Bowl.  They're going to need today's version of Flacco more often with a Lewis-less defense next year.

He is a long line of QBs that have made it to a SB.  He hasn't won it yet has he ?   Aren't you the same guy who said Notre Dame was the best team in the nation ?  LOL ! 

Nah, there are only 4 elite qbs in the game today. Peyton, Rodgers, Brady, and Brees. You could make a case for Eli and Ben but both are way too inconsistent. IMO, Flacco is now #7 pushing ahead of Romo and Rivers. (I had him at 9th before the season started)

He's out duelled Baby-faved Brady twice now in the AFCCG!  Def elite!

When the Ravens win the SB... J.Flacco will be 9-4 in the playoffs with 6 road wins and a ring... P.Manning is 9-11 with a SB ring and 8 playoff seasons with no wins... you can deny him for now but once the RAVENS win the SB.. J.Flacco will have better playoff stats than P.Manning ... BTW this year J.Flacco 0 turnovers in 3 playoff wins

Flacco's not elite but this will be the third straight time he's outplayed Brady and just outplayed Manning last week.  People need to finally give him his credit.

Neither Giants fan put Eli in that category. Neither is elite.

No he is not.  But he led the Ravens on a rampage today, and kicked my team's butt.  That sucked.

Nonetheless, my other team will kick back in the bowl.  Then you will see why he is not elite...again.
