Funny how trayne is a legal scholar about "burden of proof" and "Innocent until proven guilty" when it coms to Ben but Ray Lewis?  No such thought process.


Let me help:  In this country a Man is innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law.  that means if they are arrested or not they are still innocent!  If they go to trial or not they are still innocent.  Got it?

Self defense as two unarmed men were stabbed to death by Ray Lewis' party?  Doesn't make sense to me.  Maybe OJ should have claimed self-defense also.

This only proves that you don't know anything about this incident.

Which one of these two "unarmed" men fired shots at the limousine?  Because the limousine had bullet holes in it and it was the shots fired by these two "innocent" victims that started the entire melee.

No one in Ray's party had a gun.  This is a fact and it's indisputable.

I actually dont hate Ray Lewis, but he was obviously involved in a double murder and got away with it. Can't wait to see this guy on ESPN where everyone can lick his nuts. They like doing that on ESPN.... licking nuts. Especially if you are from a Boston team.

There is nothing "obvious" about it.

Two men were killed.  No one who was tried for the murders was convicted due to an overwhelming lack of evidence.

Could it have been self-defense?  I suppose it could have considering the "victims" fired shots at the limousine.

but if anyone ever accuses me of murder when I'm completely innocent...I'm not plea bargaining. Not only am I going to trial to clear my name...I'm suing everyone for defamation of character! You wouldn't be able to keep me away from a effin court house

Once Ray blows through all his money, they can set him up like they did OJ and throw the roid rage maniac in prison.   Right now he's generating too much revenue.  Just be patient.

Even removing any implication of murder from the equation, the fact that this piece of trash is being held up as some sort of role model does more harm to this country than any invented assault on the 2nd Amendment ever could.  More damaging than any President could be. 

I wouldn't care if he had 32 kids from 28 different women.

What I would care about is whether he "manned up" and took an active role in raising those children.

ALL evidnece here in Baltimore is that he is an active participant in their lives, trying to raise them and provide for them in every way he is able.

He can be seen going to their sports games and otherwise being a part of their lives.

How many he has is not what is at issue.  How he responds to these children is the bigger issue.

So far he has given every indication of being a caring, devoted father.

So OJ didn't do it either?  I guess Robert Blake didn't do it either.  Juries are chosen by the defense.  They usually chose the most uneducated people they can find.

I can safely assume you've been on many juries.

All you really have to prove is reasonable doubt.

I'm going to assume you meant in order to find a defendant not guilty you have to establish the evidence is incomplete enough to establish a reasonable doubt.

To prove someone guilty, their has to be evidence that establishes culpability BEYOND a reasonable doubt.

I got news for you, Lewis would not have been indicted without evidence.  Trials don't happen without evidence.  If there was no evidence, Lewis would not have been indicted and there would not have been a trial.  duh.

I got news for you.  Trials happen all the time without credible evidence.

It's one of the reasons we see men in jail being exonerated 20 years later when DNA evidence is finally able to prove they are not guilty.

I have a theory as to why Ray Lewis was charged as quickly as he was without the DA having any credible evidence against him.  It was because the DA saw an opportunity to make a name for himself (in an election year) and gave amnesty to EVERYONE in Lewis limo except Lewis and the other two defendants.  He saw an opportunity to convict a big name with evidence he didn't have.

The FACT is that the DA HAD TO DROP THE MURDER CHARGE because 5 days into the trial it was obvious the evidence he had against Lewis was suspect.

It was the DA, in an effort to save face, that approached Lewis and offered a plea bargain. 

And as any good attorney will tell you: You NEVER know what a jury is thinking, or what they will decide.  So, when an opportunity is presented to change a murder conviction to a misdimeanor obstruction, you jump at it.

You know not about which you speak.  You should shut up now.

This pretty much should have closed this thread, but NOOOOOOO MasterAgain thinks he is judge, Jury and executioner because he knows for a FACT that Ray Lewis did it.  He read it on Hater Raven . Com.   Obviously if it is written there it must be true. 

MasterAgain has clearly shown over the last couple months that he dislikes any black Athlete that excels.  Nothing more than a Troll that hides behind his computer.

It was established at the trial that knives were purchased the day of the killings.

What was NEVER established is that Ray Lewis purchased any of them for himself.
