"8 We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. 9 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but forlawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,  10 for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11 that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me."

Is that passage in Timothy derived from the ''New Gay Bashers International Version" of the Bible? There's no mention of the term ''homosexuality'' in the King James Version of the Book of Timothy.

Really, who cares.  Would I "like" to see one?  Not particularly. Will I accept one?  Sure.  My primary concern is if the guy is a good football player/team mate or not, sexual orientation does not concern me.

There's no mention of the term ''homosexuality'' in the King James Version of the Book of Timothy
No, it is referred to as "for them that defile themselves with mankind." It does not matter which version you choose to use, homosexuality is a sin.

Here's another one in which it is left in no doubt whatsoever:

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
"9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."


And concerning marriage, God created marriage between a man and a woman only. You will find nothing about marriage between two men condoned in the Bible. A man cannot Biblically marry another man. You must call it a union or whatever, but it is not considered a marriage to God.

Homosexuality is wrong strong. Acknowledge it as sin and ask God to help you deal with it.

It doesn't affect my life but I am concerned about the eternal salvation of all others, regardless of sexual orientation. You condemn me for that?

Homosexuality is NOT masculine as has no business in football or anywhere else, in my humble opinion. It is unnatural and sinful and should never be openly practiced. Gays should be ashamed of themselves because they are wrong and unnatural in their sexual preferences.

There will be a gay "Jackie Robinson" at some point who will come out openly while still playing. Until then, the homophobes and good ol boys will keep everything under wraps. 

Why does he have to be a QB? Why not a center?

I can't stand strict Christian people like you. 

I dated a girl like that for a month, I didn't enjoy dating her very much. Her and her family were rather annoying and were restricting their lives because of some made up character in the air. Christians can also be douchebags as well, as evidenced above because they take everything from the bible too seriously.
