Brand new league with 4 owners so far. I will cap the number when I have all the owners in, so we could be anywhere from 12 to 20.
5X5 scoring parameters. Salary cap, contracts, with auction draft on CBS. Contract options including waive, buyout, and designation for assignment. 40 man rosters with 25 under contract.
10 Player minors for raw rookies, and players on optional assignment.
All fees handled by league safe. All cash goes to prizes after $149 CBS fees.

I try and make my leagues as close to the real league, in this case the MLB, and have successfully done this with football and hockey, and wanted to make on with basbeall. Commissioner has 10 + years in fantasy.

I am not worried about anyone coying my idea, as it takes a commited commissioner to take on a league like this one.
