I can't believe how easy they're taking it on the canes. The canes self emposed sanctions suck, two bowl games, i would like to read what all the sanctions are.
My Sooners got popped in the 70's and they got ten times worse then what miami did. You have to ask yourself if your a cane. How did the canes get so many great players to goto miami in the first place, and how come they don't come to miam any more? (shapiro). All i can say is Miami must have some great connections in high places.

you know that the ncaa has never banned a school until PSU for more than 2 post season games, and miami has self imposed 3.... losing recruits because they are scared to sign. losing recruits and visits and practices bc of self imposing. All to find out the NCAA flubbed the investigation? The ncaa paid more in illegal money to shapiro and his lawyer, more then the players received benefits from shapiro. I think Shapiro is telling the truth. How do you think Miami built that football program up so high you could match them. It Damn sure is because everybody wanted to goto miami all the sudden. Look i am from Oklahoma i can see a dirty program when it was that obveious. How do u think OU was so Dominate in the 50's, 60's,and 70's. It damn sure was because Wilkinson and Switzer were lily white recruiters. it took alot of favors and money to build a program like that.I sure miss thosedays when Switzer was at OU, but hey thats how the game is played. If you can't be slick u won't be a great coach.
I have seen what happens to highly recruited players because i played with a great running back that ever major school wanted, and OU was in on the hunt. The bad thing that happened was in our state championship game and he was a senior, someone came down on the kick off and wacked his knee on the opening kick off(i think they did on purpose) and not any of the schools sent him anything after that. we went on to lose 14-7. There is know dought we would have won had he been able to play the whole game.

Well i would call all those investers to smart, they gave shapiro there money. I still say he is telling the truth, mainly because he's not getting anything for what he did to the canes.
He's not getting anything for what he did to the Canes ? He's getting the only thing he can since he feels like all the Miami alumni abandoned him ..... satisfaction and revenge ! Make no mistake about it , Shapiro feels like Miami players abandoned him and he will say ANYTHING (true or false) to get back at the program !
So you are thrilled with you recruiting class.....I would take the thumping we put on the Gators with that low ranked class.....the Gators have top 5 in recruiting over the last couple of years. Didn't you guys lose 6 or 7 games last year? How is the player development going under Golden Boy?
