Crime for dummies. How to get away with it

February 3, 2013 2:05 pm

The easiest way in this country to not only get away with being a criminal, but also still be revered as a hero is to play for the NFL. Let's look at stone cold undisputible facts.

Ray Lewis participated in a mass murder, destroyed evidence, obstructed justice, evaded the police, lied to them, and got away with it. He is also a repeat offender found guilty of taking performance enhancing drugs. Still called an 'inspiration to America's youth' by the media and reveered as a hero to anyone living in the Baltimore area.

Tom Brady knocked up his fiance. Soon as he found out she was pregnant, cheated on her and left her. Also actively participated in a video taping scandal in order to cheat more skilled teams out of wins. Probably the biggest deebag to ever put on an nfl uniform. Still labeled a hero by anyone living in the Boston area.

Saints defensive players found guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt for running an illegal bounty ring where they put up cash rewards for knocking out and injuring opponents. Jonathon Vilma is a prepeat offender having started a similar bounty system in college. Saints fans are still in denial and think the commish was witch hunting and believe their local idols to be heros.

Michael Vick ran an illegal gambling and crime syndicate, murdered and tortured dogs, partcipated in illegal narcotics and was guilty of tax evasion. And yet, he's considered a local hero in Phiidelphia.

Cam Newton tied to numerous criminal activities including drugs, grand larceny, blackmail, and several collegiate recruiting violations. Got kicked out of school for his criminal ways. Even his team mates call him out as a cancer. Yet he is still beloved by Panthers fans.

Pacman Jones. Guilty of assault, felony vandelism, obstruction of justice, felony drug charges, particpating in a night club shooting and attempted murder, cocain possesion, beating an innocent woman. Bengals fans love this guy.

Donte Stalworth gets loaded, gets in a car and murders an old man crossing the street. No one cares because the guy is poor. For this, he gets a slap on the wrist and is still cheerished both Ravens and Patriots fans.

Ben Rothelisberger is a repeat sexual predator and rapist. His MO is to find a young girl, get her loaded and defensless and then sexually assault her. Not surprisingly, the NFL helped him get away with it and punished him with a tiny slap on the wrist. In the Pittsburgh area, he is god.

There are hundreds of more examples. Michal Irvin, Rae Cauth, OJ, LT, to Jim Brown. The pattern is simple. Fans will overlook any crime you commit from rape, to DUI, to felony drug possesion, to abusing wives, to murder, even child abuse. As long as that player helps his team, as long as that player is on a fans favorite team, they will turn a blind eye. Not only that, they will defend their home town criminal and pretend it never happened. Since fans and the NFL won't hold their idols accountable, I hope karma does and Ray Lewis retears his arm and loses use for the rest of his life on a missed tackle that costs the Ravens the superbowl.

Rae Cauth,

Rae Carruth didn't get away with anything. He is in prison and serving 18 to 24..

While I'm no fan of Michael Vick, it's clear that he served his time and then moved on.

I think Tom Brady is a bit of a reach. Hey, he got a girl pregnant. It happens. If he is paying child support and tries to take an active role in parenting, then what else can be done.

I'll give you Big Ben though. I'm a Steeler's fan and I still think the guy is a pig.

And who can forget Donald Driver. Was a career drug cartel leader. Openly admits to mass scale selling of crack and meth to children. Now Packers fans say he deserves consideration to be in the hall of fame. I'd be looking to extend the statute of limitations on his criminal activities and put him away for life. Not Packers fans. To them hes a hero and role model.

haha this thread is full of some of the most incorrect information that could possibly ever be constructed.  No wonder they say you cannot trust what you read on the Internet.  The only thing more sad is if anyone legitimately reads and believes anything written by the topic creator.  Sheep following idiots is never a good thing.

No surprises here. Another Ravens apologist. I know your story already. Ray couldn't have done it, he's too good of a player. Sorry KS, he's a murderer. Just know as you watch him today that he participated in one of the most calculated and brutaly heinous murders in US history. And then bribed the victims familes by paying them million to go away and not pursue a wrongful death trial. If you're okay with that, your just as guilty.

Oh ok, so I am guilty of being a murderer because I said your thread was completely bogus and that only an idiot would believe anything you typed.

I understand your logic now.  Clearly thinking that you were an idiot was giving you far too much credit for intelligence.

Wow, the US must be heaven if a self defense killing is considered one of the most brutally heinous murders in it's history.  But I'm curious, how do you calculate a self defense killing of people you've never met prior to them attacking you with a bottle?

While I would love for this to be true the facts tell a different story.  The only thing he is actually guilty of is originally lying to police about being there.

Forget Columbine. Forget Sandy Hook. Don't think about Sharon Tate and the rest of the Manson Family murders. This is the one right. The most brutal murder. C'mon.

Trolling is fun. I applaud your effort.

Nothing surprising coming from scum like you. When the facts of the situation punch you in the nose you deflect and resort to calling names. He's a murderer. Your such a waste I bet you'd still be defending him even if it was your brother or son he murdered. That's how ignorant you apologists are. Simple facts of life. If you're a star in the NFL, your fans will defend you no matter what. Rape a little girl in a NY hotel, and Giants fans will defend you. Slip a couple underaged girls some roofies and then rpe them in the bathroom, and Steelers fans will pretend like it never happened. Murder a couple of 20 year old innocent kids in cold blood who happened to cross your path, and Ravens fans will stand by your side. It's garbage like you who make people with morals sick.

I said one of the most. Learn to read. And at least the murders you mentioned ended in the death of the murderer. I hope CTE sets in early with Ray and he blows his brains out. That would be poetic justice.

Sadly what is wrong with your whole pathetic thread is that you haven't written facts about anything.

One more thing, before you attempt to call out other people for reading issues or call them names, for the love of God, please learn the simple difference between "your" and "you're".

Sorry but it's not even close.  Not even in the universe of close.  Hell, there's likely a more brutal murder going on in the US right now.

Our country was founded by smugglers who had to be criminals yo defy the british. Tom Jefferson also had kids out of wedlock. Al Capone was a notorious gangster who wad one of the greatest job creators in Chicago' s history. Look abroad and u will see that Napoleon first gained notoriety by commiting mass murder to slow a legitimate revolution. The point is that history is written by criminals. Learn some history norse clod. You naive queen fan.

There is nothing that a Packers fan can say that shocks me anymore.  But to imply that because Napolean killed enemies in the 1700s makes it okay for NFL players to rape, murder, and child molest takes the cake. Donald driver goes out and supplies our youth with meth to a level that pablo escobar would find admirable, and Packers fans thnks he deserves the man of the year award. Too bad Ray didn't take his anger out on you ricky.

39 citations or arrests since 2000 for the queens as of july 2012. Hilarious that a viking fan would start this thread and not mention a single viking
