Any number of plays could have flipped the outcome, like, for example, not allowing a 108 yard kickoff runback for a TD. I understand you want to blame the QB (except in New England) in order to fit your parable about "Alex Smith would have won this game" and stir up a QB controversy. That's fine, but the Niners organization and fanbase have already moved on. There's no QB controversy.
