Ga Tech -1.5 1H (-110) & Ga Tech -2 (hook) (-120) Game

Two teams going in opposite directions, i'll side with the home team on the up and up at nearly straightup lines...

Nova @ Depaul Over 145 (-110)

Nova has played 8 games since Jan 9th while Depaul has played only 6 games since Jan 8th, 2013, I feel this will have a direct impact on Nova's ability to pressure the ball defensively which is one of their core strengths. On the road up against an up-tempo style of team like Depaul that can score the basketball, I see the Nova defense being a bit looser than normal due to slight fatigue. Plus, Nova on offense should welcome this game against Depaul that ir more of an open style of game compared to who they have been playing the past 6-8 games. Look at who Nova has played in their past 8 games, crazy defensive teams! @ South Florida, @ Cuse, PIT, @ Prov, Ville, Cuse, @ ND then Prov!!! Defensive juggernauts in that mix in Cuse, PIT and the Ville. Depaul allows 72 ppg this season, 79.4 ppg in the past 5 games and 80.4 ppg in conference!!!!! Depaul's tempo is fast, as they avg nearly 63 FG attempts per game and force opposing teams to get over 60 FG attempts per game avg, so they are able to dictate tempo most of the time, especially at home. Nova in a road game where the total is btwn 140 and 144.5 O/U is 1-0 this season, 8-1 in the past 3 years and 19-8 since 1997. Depaul at home this season with this total is 3-1 to the over. No injuries on either side that I see, this will be a shootem' up style of game and will get into the 150's.

Kansas State @ Texas Tech Under 128 (-110)

Defense, Defense and some more defense for the Wildcats has gotten them up to 13th in the country. Problem is, they don't have much offense outside of McGruder and on the road tonight at lowly Texas Tech I see the pace being SLOW and offense being limited. K-State wins an ugly slow game and this game ends btwn 115-125 pts total.

LOCK:  Purdue vs Penn St. 1st Half Under 58

This write up is going to sound a lot like yesterdays.  2 shit*****ty teams that cant score the ball, but a different conference.  These teams played back on January 13th with a halftime combined score of 52, the total of that game was 102.  Penn State is literally one of the worst shooting teams in all of College Bball at 38% which ranks almost dead last (327th).  Purdue is not much better at 41% (260th).  This stat of course is a direct correlation with points per game which both rank near the  bottom.  Penn State has really been struggling in conference games (0-9), especially in the first half of their past 5 games.  I just don't see either team being able to put the ball in the hoop.  The only way this comes close to going over is if both teams are in the bonus early.  I have a medium sized play on the game total under 125.

GL Tail or Fade, but I think this is going to be a sloppy played first half that will stay under the total of 58

Good luck, make that$$$$$$ NBA: Line: The Greek Sports Book: Atl +6 Atl/Pacers under 183 The Pacers will go for their first 15-game home winning streak in 13 seasons and sole possession of the Central Division lead on Tuesday night when they continue the league's only back-to-back-to-back set this season. With losses to Atlanta on Nov. 7 (89-86) and Dec. 29 (109-100), Indiana (29-19) has dropped 11 straight as the road team in this series and four in a row overall. The Hawks (26-20), though, are definitely not an overconfident group as they make their first of two visits to Bankers Life Fieldhouse this season. Lakers4life One luv Negril JA!

NBA

LOCK (POD) NETS -4 (got it earlier at 2.5, but sprinkled some more on 4, so no worries there)...

Start off the fact that both Howard and WorldPeace are out for this one, and Lopez, who is shooting 62% over the last 3 games should have a FIESTA down low with no Superman. Add to that the fact that the Lakers have not won a road game since Dec. 22, when they defeated Golden State in overtime.

The Nets have dominated under the new coach, have won two of their last three games and are 9-1 their last 10 at home. The Nets have covered 20 of their last 27 games against Pacific Division teams. The Lakers are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games, 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings.

I like the Nets here to pull of a 8 pt victory.

Your absolutley right THEONE.they beat the Pistons last game - I SHOULD HAVE REALIZED THAT...

...I should have verified that when I read it...but figured the source is credible since I've seen stats/trends on their site before.....below is the writeup and where I found this info.

NBA: Streaks, Trends, Notes
Sportspic.com

Los Angeles Lakers @ Brooklyn Nets

When people make a bet on sports, they know that they might feel compelled to join in the betting rush on games such as this one. Online football betting gurus who don't devote their attention to the NBA could still point out that while Brooklyn got hammered by the Miami Heat this past Wednesday in a 20-point laugher, the Nets are still worthy of a bettor's confidence in this game because their opponent just isn't measuring up in road games. The Lakers have not won a road game since Dec. 22, when they defeated Golden State in overtime. The notion that the Lakers could go over five weeks without a single road win is mind-blowing in its totality and scope. Yet, that's the world we currently live in. The Nets have struggled in recent days, but Miami is going to make a lot of other teams look bad as well. One lopsided loss to a good team should not dissuade bettors from taking the Nets here. Pick: Brooklyn

Nets -4 and Nets TT over 101 I think this is good spot for Nets to run it up on Lakers that tend to give up leads and without Artest and Dwight...I cannot see Nets allowing both Heat and Lakers to come in to Barclays and own them
