This salary cap the SEC has needs to be stopped ... Saban has shown the rest of the SEC what you have to do to win and now even Vandy is paying players ... sad

me thinks, there will be some serious problems coming our way.......when crossing the street, make sure to always look for what's coming down the pike.

Vandy, beautiful campus, in good town, with energetic go getter coach. I have heard him speak, he is a salesman. So, I can see him using Vandy's recent winning to get those recruits. Now, if they go back to being Vandy, and still keep bringing in the top recruits...then I would have to woner.

  Hate to break it to ya but guess what? Every University pays their players.. Yep a $250,000 education that the University foots the bill for....

Believe what you will, Stoops. 

But you are not from around here. Everybody who knows anything about football in this area knows Vanderbilt will value its reputation as an elite academic university over football every day of the week and twice on Sunday. There is NO WAY Vanderbilt would pay players. Heck, they won't even make it easy on them, Vandy doesn't have any "easy" degree programs like most all other schools do.  

You would have to pay me to live in Norman, Oklahoma that's for sure.  Drunk Native Americans and the highest use of crystal meth says it all.  Not sure about crack though Gennie32.  You might be out of luck.

Stoops did you see the ESPN 30 for 30 on the SMU scandal?  Wasn't there some 10 schools in the SW Conference on probation for paying players in the 80's?  I agree they are probably paying players in the SEC but you are kidding yourself if you think this is the only place that is going on.
